Με ενημέρωσαν, ότι σημείωσαν την παραλαβή του δέματος μου από το κατάστημα της Μεταμόρφωσης, μου έστειλαν και το απαραίτητο sms με τον 4ψηφιο αριθμό και με διαβεβαίωσαν, ότι μετά τις 16:00 το δέμα μου θα βρίσκεται εκεί. Όταν πήγα, μου είπαν ότι μάλλον η κοπέλα, που είχα μιλήσει δεν σημείωσε εν τέλει κάτι και το δέμα μου είναι καθ' οδόν για τον Περισσό! 40 λεπτά πήγαινε και 40 λεπτα γυρνα περπάτημα στο χιόνι με διαβεβαίωση, ότι θα πάρω το δέμα μου, για να μου πουν οτι τελικά το στέλνουν άλλου. Αίσχος απλά..
 Unacceptable organization! They informed me that they noted the receipt of my parcel from the Metamorfosi store, they also sent me the necessary sms with the 4-digit number and assured me that after 16:00 my parcel will be there. Όταν πληρώνω μεταφορικά σε κάποιο προϊόν, τα πληρώνω ώστε από το κατάστημα αγοράς να έρθει στο σπίτι μου. Για να έρθει στο σπίτι μου, πρέπει να βρίσκομαι εκεί να παραλάβω. Όταν κάνετε προσπάθειες παράδοσης χωρίς κάποιο ραντεβού που μπορεί να επιλέξει ο πελάτης, ώστε να βρίσκεται σπίτι και μετά καλείτε και λέτε να έρθουμε να το παραλάβουμε από την Acs γιατί περάσατε και δεν ήμασταν εκεί, άρα είναι τζάμπα πληρωμένα τα μεταφορικά, αφού δεν έχει γίνει αυτο για το οποίο πληρώνω. Για το λόγο αυτό, από δω και πέρα οπότε βλέπω από καταστήματα Acs, θα πληρώνω με αντικαταβολή και ας χρεώνομαι κάτι έξτρα (συνήθως 1,5 με 2 ευρώ) όμως αν δεν παραλαμβάνω σπίτι, δεν θα εμφανίζομαι καν στο κατάστημα να πληρώσω και να παραλάβω. Άρα θα αναγκαζεστε να το στέλνετε πίσω στον κάθε πωλητή. Αυτό προς μάθημα του κάθε πωλητή να συνεργάζεται με καλύτερες εταιρίες courier.

Instead of leaving the parcel/package at your home address they leave a note that they called then you have to go to their office to collect it?????? I've been told that there is such a queue that you have to wait over 11/2 hours !!!! Just not good enough! Not even one ? is worthy!!! I realize there is more work than usual due to covid but hey get extra staff!!!!!
