Never book a motorcycle from them! You will have the worst experience in your life. We were in Chania for 5 days and we booked a motorcycle(125cc). We were told that we can go to Elafonissi beach(which is 73km from Chania with a dirt road and making little breaks). On the third day, we decided to go to Rethymno(50km from Chania, highway road). We stop 2 times, one of the breaks was ~30mins. And suddenly when we were ~15 km from Rethymno the motorbike lost power and was unable to climb a slight slope at the road. We stopped and when we tried to start the motorcycle again, it just didn't start. We waited for ~30mins and then called the company. They told us that they will come after 30mins from Rethymno. We waited for more than 1h 30min and when they came, they didn't say anything. The woman from the company(who was the only one who knew English well) told us that we shouldn't have to go on such a long-distance!!! (50km normal road when we told us we can go to a dirt road 73km away). In the evening, she called us and told us that they couldn't fix the motorcycle and they don't have another one. And... they didn't return our money(the motorcycle was booked for 2 more days for 50euro!!!!). Terrible experience. I guess they just gave us a broken vehicle and this is a common practice. Let me tell you that we drove through the whole Bali island for 5 days with a smaller motorcycle(25cc) without any problems. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, never book from them!!! P.S. I didn't manage to reply to your lies but here it is. Please DON'T LIE to other people. First, you didn't say to book larger vehicle. You mentioned even that we could go to Elafonisi. What are these 1200 km ??? Omg, the whole island is less than 1200 km, are you serious? We rode no more than 100 km for 3 days. What a big lie is this??? We didn't break it, it was broken. Such a big scooter shouldn't die on 50km highway road. The woman from your firm told us that you can not change the motorcycle and it will be not ready till the next week. We have paid you for 2 days more and where are these 50 euros??? You didn't bring it back. And now you are lying!!! Nobody told you it was out last day, the woman brought my boyfriend ID card at the hotel WITHOUT any money and it was on Monday. The motorcycle was broken on Friday. So what can I say? Expect you are charging people more and without using the whole services they paid for, give them broken vehicles, you are lying publicly to your potential clients. I wrote that review in order to inform other people NEVER to book motorbikes from you because their vacation will be totally ruined.

Great rental company. We rented a 50cc scooter for a week. It was almost new and drove very well. they came to deliver the scooter neatly to our apartment in Stavros, that was super helpful! They also took decent helmets in the right sizes. Other companies can learn something from this. Thanks for the great service!
