Why on earth your fake accounts are giving one star reviews to company in Finland? Your business has been reported to Google and they will take action. Giving 5 starts reviews with fake account to your own company is also nice move.

Just rent a motorbike excelent service until now!!!You have right to many of the x soviets in the area.We have notice that.You have right to complain. They are very rude also in our country. Keep going. P.S. We are faberrentals clients for over 8 years!!!!Never having a problem.

I was very happy with the bike I hired - Kawasaki KLX 250. In great condition, rode like a new bike, very clean with new tyres and sprockets. I had arranged rental and delivery a couple of weeks in advance by email. Their delivery van was out of action but they picked me up from hotel instead. The bike was ideal for Cretan mountain roads and Faber were happy for me to go exploring on trails suitable for this bike. I got up to 2100m on one of these! Would definitely use this company again.

Tried to make a reservation for 2 days, even drove 45 minutes to one of the offices. They couldnt make a reservation for us there, instead they told us (8 people) to book each vehicle individually online. The online reservation is a bad joke. After 24 hours we still didnt know if and where we could pick up our bikes. I tried to call the company and the man on the phone told me, that he couldnt make a reservation without my bank account details. Since I'm not stupid I told him, that I would give them the deposit as soon as I picked up the bikes. That's when he just hung up. Feels like a scam and I would rather burn my money than spending one cent on this company.

Perfect service, right on time. Picked up and delivered at Chania city city airport. Rented 1 bicycle for.2 days because I wanted to test one of their new models with electric assit and1 car (all available cars almost new) for 5 days in perfect price during our stay in Crete We wanted to rent two of their special motorbikes as my wife and I love it, but they were rented almost all.

In the terms it's mentioned that the terms and conditions can be changed at faberrentals convinience, with no notice. (not the exact wording). Also there was no limit to the damage that the the person entering the agreement would cover in case of an accident caused by the person or eg. others making scratches or tilting the bike and driving off. That unfortunately lead us to look elsewhere, with better terms. They were very helpful picking us up with no cost at our hotel and drive us to the shop with short notice. I was really looking forward driving of with the motorcycle we had made a reservation for and will reconsider next time we visit Crete, if the terms change to reduce the risk for the person entering the rental agreement and if they need to change something in the terms and conditions during the rental period it should be done with a fair notice. Apparently as the guy at the desk told me, the shop had bad experience with previous tourists renting their bikes and wrecking them, therefor the contract looks like that. I fully understand their position because of their experience, but there are better solutions than putting a big risk on the other side of the table. Even though the insurance coverage is poor, there probably won't be any issues if nothing happens to the the item that you rent. But in the worst case scenario, you might end up with a big bill, if you can't prove your innocence or if you simply made a mistake that leads to an accident that you coursed. The price is good though, so you might get a good deal if you can take the risk. I ended up renting a bike elsewhere and paying 15euro, for risk reduction and getting a bike with more hp and room for more stuff.

Very unprofessional company. I corresponded by email to book. We took 2 buses to get to the office. The "offer" car was not available, the guy was rude & unhelpful, he would not call the "manager", laughed & told me to ring myself. The price increased by 50%. When I addressed my problems by email I was told the car would be delivered to my hotel and we waited. We are still waiting & I've heard nothing since! Very annoying was the waste of time: a whole day & bus fare plus time which we should have been spending with our Cretan friends. we've now hired a better car for a similar price, all completed within within 20 minutes.

Very satisfying Car Rental. had a brandnew Suzuki Jimny. Nice car, nice and helpful people at Faber rentals (Agia Marina) and a very uncomplicated return without any discussions (we gave the car in perfect conditions back without any scratch). You have to treat a rental car like your own and everything is fine.
