★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY! We rented a car and after 2 days a warning light for the catalitic converter came up. When returning the car the owner claimed the car was damaged but was unable to show us where the damage was. HE REFUSED TO RETURN OUR DEPOSIT. TOTAL SCAM! STAY AWAY!

They were over half an hour late to collect us as promised, we had to phone them before they came to get us (free delivery to hotel is promised in brochure), at which point we were brought to office in filthy family car which was covered in baby food and baby in tow.
After signing the contract, (as we were in a rush to get out of the city and see the sights), she then informs there is a mileage limit of 100km per day and over that we would have to pay extra, and then takes us outside to hand us keys to family car which has barely been cleaned, has nearly 100,000KM on the odometer, has dents and scratches everywhere and is certainly not suitable for rental. only our shock prevented us from cancelling there and then.
Finally when we returned the car she claimed that she left a pair of ray ban sunglasses in the car and when we said we had not seen them, she replied "well they didn't grow legs and walk!". we spent an extremely heated few minutes with her where she accused us of stealing her glasses, while my girlfriend and I debated whether or not to call the police when we got our deposit back and we hastily left.
From the moment we arrived at the office this woman was a nightmare. Don't make our mistake, they are scam artists and should not be dealing with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I rented a bicycle for one week, but had to return 3 days in because of private affairs. Not only would they not give me partial refund, but they demanded I pay 20€ because they claimed their was some sand on the chain and it had to be professionally removed. I refused and walked away because I knew it was a hassle and scam. If you are a tourist they only see you as money and will take full advantage of you wherever possible. AVOID!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a motorcycle from them for 4 days. Service was friendly. Bike worked fine. Decently painless. Guys in shop are knowledgable.
Equipment was not new. Not an organized operation.
***Remember that all motorcycle rental places will try to keep their deposits, this place is the same. I took pictures of every inch of the bike before I left. When I returned they questioned 2 damage locations I had to prove were there before I departed to get the deposit. I did so and received full deposit back.
No issues. Great experience riding around Crete!
