It's family run and the daughter who runs the place was generally helpful but said they wouldn't provide an airport shuttle even though their Expedia listing said they would. The breakfast was very basic (in fact I was told I couldn't get a 2nd cup of orange juice).

R	Renata Baczek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is friendly and the location is good, however when we arrived the pre-arranged shuttle pick up wasn't waiting for us at the airport. When we called the hotel to enquire if they were coming to pick us up, they responded that we have to make our own way as they don't offer the pick up anymore...we were never advised of this. In addition we had no hot water for 3 days. The breakfast is all sweet stuff like jam, honey, chocolate croissant, a slice of plain cake, every second day you get a cold hard boiled egg. The beds are comfortable but squeeky. I would not stay here again.
t	theodora evergreen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stela's place is perfect if you want a nice and very reasonable accomodation in Santorini. The location has a beautiful view, it's close to the bus station coming from airport to Fira and it offers all the basic things you need: a good bed, hot shower, clean towels and a small kitchen to make your coffee. The host cleaned our room daily and gave us clean towels every 2 days. I highly recommend it if you want a budget friendly and yet comfortable stay in Santorini.
R	Rowin Burghout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my worst experience ever. I think when I read the reviews that some rooms better than other rooms. The room where we were staying are so overdue. Okay that's for me not a problem. What the main thing is, the airco didn't work. Okay sometimes things broke down, that normal. But when I said to the staff to look to the airco, she said that she will fix the problem this evening. My girlfriend and I come back after 4 hours of leaving the apartment and it didn't work. The night was horrible (night a 28°c). In the morning I going directly to the staf to ask of they my can explain what I did wrong. So the staf say the airco works perfectly but it's work as a small fan. The staff are more unfriendly when I asked critical questions and they are were screaming. It was outside cooler than inside despite the airco are on the hole night on 16°c. They don't want to listen and wants that we leave. When I want to check out. I want at least acceptance and come to a deal. But they have threaten to don't give te passport back. Please people, have a nice staying in Santorini but you can better look to another apartment.
