★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am appalled at the hotel’s inflexibility with our reservation. The ECDC and CDC both recommended people not travel to Greece (posted after the cancellation cut off period) and we decided to cancel our trip to protect ourselves and our children; yet the hotel still refuses to cancel our reservation and return our money or at least give us a credit for a future trip.
While it seems they have little regard for the Covid situation there, they have less regard for their customers and providing good customer service. Next time we go to Santorin I’ll be sure to look elsewhere for a hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, super nice and friendly staff. We got bumped up to a double room with a private patio with amazing view of caldera, absolutely loved it.
Great bonus is that Belveder sister branch Santo Miramare is on the other side of the island at the Black Sand Beach area which you also are welcome to use. It’s massive It has 3 swimming pools and lots of sun beds around and on the beach, super nice option to chill down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed views of the Hotel, first the good pionts. Room was good with a nice view over the sea, and the maid cleaning very good. the location was ideal close to everything you would need, Restraunts and shops. The bad bits, the breakfast area is outside with no cover from the wind, except a couple of tables undercover but not protected from the wind. The time we were there 16th Oct to 23rd guests had to sit outside wearing hoodies or coats jumpers to have breakfast. The service was so slow to cater for guests typically waiting 30 mins to be served breakfast and it usually came warm rather than hot. Also the reception area is no existent, so if you have a late flight you are left outside in the cold. I wouldn't recommend this Hotel as a 4/5 star as published on Jet 2 holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to Belvedere with my boyfriend for 11 nights, it was an absolutely wonderful hotel in the most amazing location! Easy walking distance to Fira and from the bus station. I have to dedicate this review to Vanessa though and please do give her the amazing praise and love she deserves! I must have hounded her so many times as I left my £360 Chloe sunglasses in one of the local taxis and she absolutely went above and beyond to get them. Plus she is the most amazing, happiest human being ever and just made our stay even more wonderful! Such an amazing stay! Cali xx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall decent accommodation, although there were a few negatives which shouldn’t have been given the high price we paid.
Pros:
-great location with amazing sea views
-lovely pool with deck chairs
-clean
-friendly staff
Cons:
-quality of breakfast wasn’t great to the point that we skipped it and ate somewhere else (eg orange juice was made of some sort of sirup not juice, cappuccino (I paid €3.50 extra) was bitter, grilled veggies were very oily, and on some days fresh fruits have gone a bit over)
-our room had a lot of noise from nearby foot traffic and the adjacent restaurant in the mornings and evenings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just spent a week here, the views are amazing, the staff extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms clean and fresh. The location is perfect, very chilled yet only 10 minutes walk to Fira for a wide selection of bars/restaurants. I would without hesitation recommend this hotel.
