β β β β β The hotel complex is great, despite that neighbouring Aldemar hotels are probably more exclusive.
I liked their free policy about staying in pools after official opening hours. They allowed to go to pull even in night.
When you want go to pool with a cocktail, then you just can (despite that you shouldn't). When you want to jump to pool, then you can (despite that official sign says you shouldn't). I would call it "relaxed approach".
There are not any external animation programs (I mean for night show) but only internal animation team. BUT they do really really good job. I was surprised how can improve mood of everybody around.
The only bad thing was access to the sea, which is quite difficult over big stones. There were very few places where it was save to go in without water shoes. Overall I saw better beaches. But it fulfilled its role.

β β β β β My vacation was so wonderful that I am still full of memories. Wonderful people that work in Aldemar Cretan Village definitely know about being professional in hospitality business. The food, the quality and verity of dishes, the service during the lunches and dinners are beyond the expectations. We will definitely return next year

β β β β β We spent a week at the resort as a family and were really enjoyed it. There are lots of pools, it's by the beach, the food at the restaurant is decent and the staff are friendly. The complex is big and made up of a variety of different types of accommodations. The only down side is the fact that this and the other complexes in the area are built on a hill side so there are lots of steps or ramps to climb. At least that helps to burn off all the excess food I ate. We saw 5 shows there at night and they were all very good especially the one they call eclipse.

β β β β β A beautiful hotel on the north coast of Crete close to the city of Hersonisos where night life and most of the restaurants are located. We stayed there (with my girlfriend and our 5 year old daughter) for one week in October 2019. Not that many visitors, but the weather was still ideal for going to the beach right outside the hotel campus. Food was great and the rooms were very clean and spacious. My daughter loved playing around in the swimming pools and playgrounds and was never bored. I loved the scenery with the green gardens and the sea view.

β β β β β I was there for a holiday in September. We booked a bungalow sea front and were very happy with our choice!
The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the view was breathtaking. Food was also varied and very tasty, as were the drinks in the evening. We especially enjoyed the evenings with live music at the main bar.
All in all an exceptionally pleasant experience, one that I would gladly recommend!

β β β β β The hotel is situated right on the seashore. It is a great place to relax :). The property is very large, you can get lost without a map, which you get at the reception. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. Daily cleaning and towel change.

β β β β β we have only positive to say about our holiday at this hotel. Best animation ever seen. Our daughter was not to take out of mini club - even water slide was not alternative good enough for her.
Friendly staff never seen somebody without smile.
Seafood always available at the restaurants. great pool and the rooms in Cretan style are really cute.
