β β β β β Good points. Very good water park and activities for the children. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bad points. Food is okay with varied selection but was always only luke warm. And whoever decided to put family rooms 50 yards away from a next doors evening disco which went on to between 12-1am in the morning is absolutely ridiculous.

β β β β β Very clean and good. Just lacks a little in refinement to be 5 star. Food could be better. Rooms are basic. Shower is awful. Drinks are made with cheap spirits and even non alcoholic alternatives such as peach syrup instead of peach snapps. Coffee is terrible. A bit isolated with nothing else within walking distance.

Was a good selection of food for the children
Water Park was awesome, with plenty of chutes and activities for all
Service from all Staff was polite and prompt with a welcoming smile.

β β β β β One of the best all inclusive hotel we have stayed in. The food was amazing some great options for all ages and taste
I am gluten free and they accommodated allergies really professionally. The staff... Well the staff was second to none. They are a true credit to this place. They actually make the place truly special
I felt safe leaving my 11 and 8 years old rgoing around the place by themselves no problem.
Not a fan of entertainment but the music night by the bar were actually very pleasant
All in all a great holiday and defo would be back in a heart beat!!! β€οΈ

We had the best experience ever, we will definitely come back.
The service was more then amazing, everything with a smile and with great care.
The food was great and every time we had a change request regarding the food they were happy to do so !
I wanna thank Maria from the reception, Jussi was amazing and took good care of us while we did the check in, manos from the water park, service was also great and wonderful.
The new rooms are amazing and well designed.
If I could give the hotel 100000 out of 10 I would.
Entertainment team was more then great, we had so much fun with them and they always made us laugh.

β β β β β Just got back from staying a week at Stella Palace. What can I say what an awesome 5 Star resort. The food was absolutely stunning every day in every restaurant the staff were absolutely amazing everyone one of them the waterpark is awesome and being upgraded with more slides..Would definitely love to go back again and stay longer.

β β β β β Absolutely fantastic, it's perfect for families and couples, loved the restaurants and kids loved endless crepes and ice cream. Drinks were also good lots of thought has gone into the hotel.

β β β β β This place is amazing. Staff are fantastic and so friendly. Food is alright for an all inclusive resort. If you have children then they will love it. The water park must be the largest on the island and there is entertainment laid on throughout the day. The staff that work behind the bar are so friendly and work hard.The location is just off the beach and a few minutes walk for a very large sandy beach. So if you want somewhere to stay in Crete that's good for you and the children then this is the place for your family.
