★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη εξυπηρετηση. Πωλητριες με υφος που αφου περιμενα 20 λεπτα εξω απο το μαγαζι, στο τελος αφου μπηκα μεσα μου ειπαν οτι ειναι υποχρεωτικη η χρηση μασκας αλλα δυστυχως δεν εχουν στο μαγαζι, οποτε θα πρεπει να φυγετε.
 Unacceptable service. Saleswomen with style that after waiting 20 minutes outside the store, at the end after I entered I was told that the use of a mask is mandatory but unfortunately they do not have in the store, so you have to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραία σχέδια σανδαλιών, έξυπνη επιχειρηματική ιδέα και ελπίζω να πάνε καλά. Σήμερα που το είδα μέσω διαφήμισης, αφού έχουν ξεκινήσει από το 2011, με εξόργισε το γεγονός, γι' αυτό και το 1 αστέρι, διότι στην ιστοσελίδα τους, δεν υπάρχει η Ελληνική γλώσσα (έστω και για τυπικούς λόγους), ακόμα και αν το target group τους να είναι οι αλλοδαποί τουρίστες.
Very nice sandal designs, smart business idea and hope to go well. Now that I saw it through advertising after they started in 2011, I was annoyed by the fact, so I have 1 star, because on their website there is no Greek language (even for formal reasons), even if the target their group to be foreign tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση . Ωραία σανδάλια και ποιοτικά . Τσιμπημενες τιμές είναι το μόνο αρνητικό που μπορεί κανείς να επισημάνει....Τα κορίτσια ήταν ευγενέστατα και άψογα !!!!!
Very good service . Nice sandals and quality. Stingy prices are the only negative that one can point out .... The girls were very kind and impeccable !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T SHOP HERE. Beautiful products… But terrible consumer experience. I bought a brand new pair of sandals in December 2019, a month before the world shut down. I was able to get back to Greece this summer to try to return them. I had a receipt and the original sandals which were one size too small. I simply wanted to exchange them for a bigger size. This was beyond unthinkable for the staff. They tried to be courteous and check with the manager. No dice. Let’s just say I’m not sure luxury retail operations can survive on this kind of policy. I will certainly never shop here again.
