★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε σήμερα Κυριακή 10/4 στην 1 και ήταν κλειστό. Πολύ όμορφη φύση και εξωτερικά πολύ καλοσυντηρημενο αλλά δεν είδαμε κάτι στο εσωτερικό.
 We went today Sunday 10/4 at 1 and it was closed. Very beautiful nature and very well maintained on the outside but we did not see anything inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο τα πιο σημαντικά αξιοθέατα της Μεσσηνίας, με μεγαλο ιστορικό ενδιαφέρον.
Η ξεναγηση από τον κο Γιαννη, υπάλληλο του υπουργείου πολιτισμού, ήταν καταπληκτική και μας ταξίδεψε στον χρόνο με κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Οι γνώσεις του και ο χώρος θα σας καθηλώσουν.
Αν περιμενετε να δειτε ενα κλασσικό μοναστηρι ξεχαστε το.
Πολεμίστρες, καταπακτές, παρατηρητήρια, κρυψώνες δένουν αρμονικά με σοφία με κελιά, πατητήρια, φουρνους μεχρι και με υπόγειες πηγες νερου!
Εχει γινει μια σπουδαια συντήρηση, μια μεγάλη προσπάθεια και αξίζει να γίνει γνωστή. Μεσσηνια ευτυχώς, δεν ειναι μονο οι παραλιες αλλα και η Αρχαια Μεσσηνη, οι αρχαιολογικοι χώροι και τα κάστρα της.

If you are waiting to see a classic monastery, forget it.
Loopholes, hatches, observatories, hiding places connect harmoniously with wisdom with cells, presses, ovens and even with underground water sources!
It has become a great maintenance, a great effort and it is worth knowing. Fortunately, Messinia is not only the beaches but also Ancient Messina, its archeological sites and castles.
