★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful place. This is what I thought Olympia would look like. A great coliseum with pillars. Mosaic floors and a lot of other ruins like market performance theater etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic site. There is so much to see, it is easy to spend more than 3 hours here.10 euro entry fee. Open until 8pm as of 01/05/22. Lots of parking available. Small museum is included (it is very small).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I come, the site has been developed a little Fürther. It is a wonderful setting, huge area with the most exciting and impressive stadium I have seen. A MUST jn my eyes, special also due to its stunningly well preserved mosaics. Honor the area with your time. The little museum (2 rooms) is like the icing on the cake, easy and beautifully. The village itself us cute and beautiful, it's people make you feel you have come home. Well worth a stay in one of the pensions as there are no big hotels. Enjoy.
