Our stay at Andronis Arcadia can be easily summed up into one word; PHENOMENAL. From the moment we checked in to the moment we stepped in the taxi to leave, the hospitality was remarkable. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Our breakfast each morning was fresh, made to order and absolutely delicious! Also, complimentary! Fresh omelets just the way you want them with the most delicious Greek salad and fresh marmalade’s, this was a highlight of our stay! Also, the room was perfect. The views from our bed, from the patio and from the private pool, were to die for. Would 10/10 recommend you book this hotel for the reasons listed above, but also because of the convenience to everything in Oia. It is very close to city center and all the main attractions. Andronis has multiple properties and this one gives the most privacy from what I’ve seen. Thank you!!

A magical place. Perfect for a honeymoon. The room was just right for our taste. Modern, clean, understated. The plunge pool was incredible and the view from the pool/patio was absolutely stunning. Breakfast each morning was amazing. The bar/infinity pool area is super posh. And the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend the Andronis Arcadia highly enough. We ate at Opson, one of the restaurants on site. One of the most unique dining experiences of our lives. We were a bit concerned about not staying on the caldera in Oia. That's the classic Santorini experience, right? Well after walking through town and seeing how exposed many of those properties are to ogling eyes, we appreciated being a bit off the touristy beaten path. At Andronis Arcadia, you're close enough to walk to everything in Oia but far enough away to feel free from what can be sheer madness.

Beautiful property with excellent facilities, rooms and restaurant. Service is top-notch. The location is great, not on the caldera side but an easy walk to the main drag. Breakfast is incredible! Quiet property with sunset views!

Came here for a quick getaway, the view was nothing short of magical. The staff were amazing and helpful, the rooms are very clean and cosy I had the best nap of my life here.

This is my new favourite hotel in Santorini: 1) Despite it’s location, minutes from the caldera on foot, it’s so secluded, so calm and so spacious with amazing sunsets from ALL the suites and incredible sea views. 2) Minimalistic design, however all the details were thought of and no expense was spared. From a great bed, to nice linen and fluffy pillows, thick towels, nice amenities, a Bluetooth portable speaker, sun loungers with thick mattress and private heated pool in each suite as a minimum. 3) An amazing complimentary à la carte breakfast overlooking the Aegean Sea. Great eggs Benedict, but also the Greek Breakfast set menu 4) Great sushi and Bao buns and an insane wine cellar under the Restaurant where you can discuss with the Sommelier and pick your ? 5) Helpful, knowledgeable and attentive staff that make the experience even better and relaxing. We will certainly come back and we would definitely recommend it!

Hard to believe a place with such a beautiful location, gorgeous rooms and pools with lovely staff can be this poorly managed! We chose to stay here for a (relatively) calm experience in Oia but from 10am to 10pm on Sunday there techno/EDM BLASTING destroying the experience. The gorgeous views and sunset was anything but romantic or peaceful here! Our travel agent booked us dinner there as a gift on our first night as a surprise, which the hotel staff made a big deal about at check-in. Yet, they charged us for the dinner on our bill at check out, and required us to spend 30 mins waiting for the manager of the restaurant to come correct the issue. The person who told us about the gift dinner at check-in stood at the other side of the desk silently the entire time looking busy with something else. Besides these 2 fails, there were multiple minor ones in a 2 night stay, which is why I would STAY AWAY until this hotel's management figures out how to create an experience befitting the picturesque setting. Management would benefit from spending time talking to guests while they are staying there to hear the feedback and adjust the service, and train staff to do the same rather, rather than explain the hotel's perspective.

The place and service deserve more than 5 stars! I had zero complaints, the service was top notch and very quick. The staff would go above and beyond to make your life easier and provide an exceptional experience. If I visit Oia again, I'm definitely going back to Andronis Arcadia. The pricetag is high but you can see why once you stay there and compare it to other 5-star hotels.

My husband and I stayed here last year and it was honestly the most luxurious, attentive and relaxing experience. We were in contact with the team via text daily for anything we needed (anywhere from booking last minute reservations, bringing over extra towels, booking taxis, etc). The team constantly checked in with us to see if we needed anything and they were always a step ahead of us to check in before we realized that we needed anything. We felt like we were truly taken care of and everyone was so friendly and helpful! Not to mention, the food was incredible and we always had amazing meals here. Would highly recommend this location to anyone thinking of coming to Santorini!
