★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a friendly, kind family. Nothing too much trouble. Renovated the bathrooms for 2017 season...beautiful now. Also upgraded tables and chairs for the outside dining area. Will be returning for a second visit this September.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, Very Friendly. Really Great Fresh Water Pool: big, clean and no chemicals or salt. Great cool shady bar/restaurant area next to the pool with lots of flowers and palm trees. Across the road from a little shop, and a couple of restaurant/bars. Just a few minutes walk into resort centre, with lots of shops bars and restaurants along the way. 3 mins walk to the closest little beach and Only 10 minutes to the main beach. I give it 5* but you should be aware that the road it is on is very busy and the aircon isn't great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! The owner is a dangerous rude violent man. The hotel is right on the side of the motorway and the noise is unbearable even with the windows closed. The room is always dirty because nobody bothers to clean it and there is mold on the wall not to mention the bad smell and the fact that they don't change the sheets nor the towels. The wifi reception is bad wherever you are. The AC remote is fixed with a piece of plastic on to the wall making you unable to change the temperature setting even if you pay extra for the AC making it a paperweight not only because it doesn't spit out cold air but because it smells like it has never been cleaned in it's lifetime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family run hotel, pool kept spotless and a relaxed atmosphere, easy walk to gouvia if a bit of a busy road to cross. Stayed in a family room which was clean and comfortable with air con. Would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be carefull of misleading (good) reviews. Low Value-to-Money.
Positives:
Helpfull personel and relativelly clean. Nice pool. Nice bathroom.
BUT:
- Very basic/simple breakfast (water / glasses smelly)
- Had to ask for hand towels. Rooms cleaned every 2 days.
- No WiFi in rooms e(ven if explicitly asked for that and got positive answer)
- Bad room facilities:
- Too small TV. Not setup properly. We had to fix it ourselves.
- Kitchenet leaking electricity (had to use it with plastic cover so as not to get electrocuted)
- Kitchenet air ventilator not working (1 scale was fixed in our last day)
- Rain got window dripping water to the floor and clothes. Personel asked us to put a towel at the window and clean water ourselves
- No shutter at the window (just light curtain). Had to wake in first light.
- Aircondition not enough to cool the space. Had to use own portable ventilator.
- Main balcony door shutter got an openning on the top wllowing mosquitoes to enter.

would give 5 stars however the bathroom (specifically the lights and shower) could and should be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely time, everything was nice and clean. The hospitality was amazing, we felt like home. Very polite and friendly personnel, Mrs loukritia was very kind and helpful took care of us like family ?. The hotel is so close to town, or other places because it is in the middle of the island. Busses and taxis right outside the hotel. Peaceful place to enjoy the pool if you want to relax Value for money. Will come back for sure. Thank you all for everything
