If you come late (after dinner) because the flight was delayed, you get a plastic-wrapped salad, very cheap sandwiches that only consist of bread, ham and cheese and something to drink. The food that is there is ok, nothing fresh or something. There are 2 cm breadcrumbs on a lot of things. The hotel has 2 pools, the one by the sea is not recommended as all the aqua gymnastics take place there and you have no peace. The one at the entrance of the hotel in front of the reception is very good, there is usually space, there is also a bar here. The rooms are ok. The internet is very slow but there is an "internet corner" where the internet is much better. You can rent a car. The Main bar is good, there are sometimes music performances that are not very good.

Negative: - Our room wasn't cleaned yet when we arrived, we had to wait for 1,5 hour in the lobby; - In reality, the room/hotel looks much more outdated than the pictures they advertise on the internet; - Fungus in the bathroom; - Very noisy hotelroom. You can hear your next door neighbour's very clear; - Very bad wifi. The wifi was NOT working; - Mini golf area, spa and gym were closed (the spa and gym I understand because of Covid); - Food in the buffet area was oke, not great. We went to restaurants in the old town for dinner. Positive: the staff is friendly/helpful and the hotel has lots of activities for children/family.

Pictures are deceptive, hotel is aging and tired. Not bad for a family break, pool is the best part. The rest is mediocre; food is quite bland and the general appearance is quite shabby. Can tell that Covid has had a negative impact on the place, surrounding area isnt the best either, definitely not a UK 4 star hotel.

The hotel service is really horrible. They denied to provide us beach towels and instead we had to wait 3 days to change them. The hotel manager was really rude to us when we asked for assistance. They do not keep any protection against COVID, the sun beds are so close you feel each other”s breath. The hotel needs vital renovation, the bathroom faucet broke in our hands while taking a shower! The kids mini club is so boring that the kids stay for 15 mins and call us to take them back. Basically one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, I do not recommend it for any reason!

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with a lot of well cared for facilities. Any problem is solved immediately, staff is very friendly anytime (exception is Juliana, she should find a more quiet job, i guess). The food is exceptionally good and we loved our stay!!

The location it’s nice, golf of Gouvia is not that bad...the private beach is small. No service at the beach if you want something the eat or drink you need the go to the pool area... The pools (2) looks clean and entertaining , didn't use them so I can't say more than that... Room was clean the cleaning service was present daily, but, just for the room and not the balcony ( I stayed with a broken glass for more than 2 days) The food...they keep it simple! In my opinion the breakfast was poorly selected. Lunch and dinner was a little bit better meaning you have more the choose, but still not enough... The quality of the food, it’s a line below average, the seafood was marinated most of the time...i prefer fresh seafood... Drinks...in 10 days I had like 4 glasses of wine, (served by all inclusive service) and lots of water...i couldn't drink any of they spirits or cocktails...but I had the possibility the buy wine from the kitchen, around 15-20€ a bottle... It’s not a modern hotel and don't expect the have a good wi-fi service... The personal, a few of them look like they don't know what to do when you need them...don’t expect exquisite service...they serve ice in a soup bowl!

Stunning views, especially from the dining area. Great swimming pools. Helpful, friendly staff. Amazing entertainment team. Great food throughout the day. Good rooms (though we didn't have a sea view from our room but didn't really bother us). We went for two weeks, as family of four with 7yr old and 17yr old. All of us really enjoyed the holiday. Hotel is apparently being upgraded later this year to a 5* will be interesting to see the changes that are made!

Just came back from here and we loved it. Hotel was nice and big, with two pools, nice lounge area for drinks and food, with views. Our room was nice and spacious. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The food was great and different each day and the drink selection with all inclusive was good. The sea isn’t very clear, but we didn’t care as it was still lovely to swim in. It’s great for couples or families. It’s in a good location as well. We were sad to leave and we’d defo go back! To all the staff at Corcyra Beach Hotel, thanks for a great holiday!!
