Beautiful landscape, but no promenade for walk.Nothing around if you expect typical for resort spots.I had VIP suite which had mould under very old wallpaper and in general was extremely dated, carpet with stains , looks like 30 yrs old ,but cleaning lady did her best and very friendly. Bathroom had jacuzzi bath and shower cabine probably all was luxury like I said 30 yrs ago.My kids first time seen cassette player sound system, they asked for Bluetooth connection, which from obvious reason was kind of joke.Private swimming pool was big plus, because no need to get up very early morning to get some sunbed. Sunbeds in large swimming pools basically most time was empty but some people put their towels on since early morning. Pool bar was brilliant and 5* for service lovely bartender lady ? always with smile I put 2 stars only because had very unpleasant incident in hotel reception, when 2 ladies accused me in very inappropriate manners for unpay for my upgraded room. I paid it properly from the beginning of arrival, but they had lack of communication between themselves , and finally act like worse way of investigators accused me for trick this payment and in rude way request to pay it again. Because of my health condition I got panic attack and suffering anxiety up to day . My beautiful memories of this place and my family meeting was ruined in a second, and will exist for long time. Tip for them- If you don't know what your customers dealing with in life , be always kind as your mistake can cost ruin fragile health for person who can't dealing with stress and unfair accusations in a front of all customers steering at me in hallway Wouldn't go back to this place as just caused me unwanted thoughts because of non professional act of the recepcion staff ?.

The hotel its self was lovely, however i must add this hotel is no 5star (which is there rating and 4star plus jet2 rating) and it is no good if you are disabled and struggle with steps, although the accommodation is very close to the beach, but to access the reception and din Ing room is a accessible up quite a lot of steps, food is is of a good quality and verity, but for me could do with it being a bit warmer, as the vegetables was quite cool, staff and entertainment people was very good and helpful

Great choice for resort, amazing happy animators and entire staff working there who make you feel very comfortable every day. Special thanks to Gianny & Stavros (behind the bar) I truly loved their company and Anna & Laura (animators)! ??

My husband and I came here about eight year's ago. We loved it so after much thought we decided to come back. Did we have rose tinted glasses on? ?it's not the same place we came to! !!! We were given the wrong room. Which may of been a blessing we still are not sure. Deliveries every morning between as early as six am .yes we overlooked the service entrance. The food was never hot. If you want toast be prepared to put your bread through six times, patience is my middle name.When we first arrived at breakfast you were given a pot of coffee or tea,that soon stopped and you found yourself having to queue at the vending machine.Given plastic cups at the bar apparently if you were all inclusive which we were. Yet we saw others not many but with a glass. They kept closing the bar by the beach which is where the entertainment was for the children and when it was closed the entertainment was at the top bar which is normally quite relaxed. Not when you have screaming kids and the entertainment being part of it. Really spoilt our view on the holiday. I could go on but I will save my breath for my porridge which is hot. It's not a five star don't be fooled.

Great food very clean Service excellent. Drinks a bit weak. And for me a 4 star experience. I enjoyed a chilled out holiday

The room was nice we had enough space for 2 person. The animnation team was amazing. Me, my sister and my dad we had a lot of fun and it never got boring. They all did a great job.

Our stay was from June 10-16 at the Annabelle Beach Resort. We had an amazing time. Staff was friendly, rooms were nice and comfy, pools were wonderful and the beach was fantastic. My kids absolutely loved their week vacation. I have to recognize the kids club. The two entertainers that watched the kids, Rachel and Sheril were amazing and my kids loved them. They were so excited to go everyday. My kids have asked to go back a thousand times already and we have only been home two days. We were sad to leave and get back to reality but it was a fantastic trip and relaxing. Highly recommend Annabelle Beach resort for your holidays especially if you have children!

TLDR; overall bad except for the beach Would not book again, Rooms have mold and are not very clean and the food is mediocre. All drinks are served in plastic cups and taste extremely bad. If the weather isn't sunny there's the beach you can go to. The Beach is okay its a pebble beach but also not great. If you want to go to the closest city to get proper ice cream you have to walk 3km.
