S	Stratos Kontopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very polite and helpful while I was there, but after I left they were completely the opposite. They owed me an invoice (they couldn't issue it during my check-out), which they wouldn't send to me, even after I was calling them repeatedly for a week after I left. Eventually, they responded that they couldn't issue the invoice and when I told them that this meant I would have problems with my company they responded very rudely. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

WATER BREAK??We were referred to another hotel, that hotel was not to do a 10 days we got 2 times new towels fresh sheets every 3 days the room in itself was anything but I had hoped that any of you should come see if hotel everything was fine but, no no one considering I will therefore promote your certainly not at all my acquaintances. AFTER PRICE CONTROLS SHOWED THAT YOU WERE ALSO MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE HOTEL WHERE WE STAYED. I hope at least a reply with greetz siegmund JORDENS

K	Kevin Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arrival at 2 in the morning we discovered that despite having notification of room bookings nothing was available. It took ages to find a member of staff (manager/owner) and when we did, he was less than helpful. He did have a room but we would have to book it on line and pay 249 Euros for the privilege of staying. We had no where to stay at the time and little help or compassion was offered - very disappointing. In the end, a kindly taxi driver came to our rescue and went out of his way to find us somewhere to stay. Our experience of the Chrysalis Hotel and Appartments was extremely brief - the location appears quite remote and our only impression of the staff when in need was poor. The manager even had a stand up confrontation with another guest in our earshot - very unprofessional in my opinion. In the end we had a great holiday and so glad we didn't stop at the Chrysalis.

D	Donatas Vasiliauskas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 4 nights. The owner was extremely helpful, helped with our baggage transfer and let us choose the room we like. View is amazing, both sea and the yard. Clean room, beautiful beaches and cozy restaurant within few minutes of walk.

The room was just fine, nothing special about it. The territory is also clear and well-groomed. If you get a room with a balcony with a sea view, you are lucky. The view will be perfect! The route via Google maps is terrible. You'll face 2 - 3 dead ends, some strange roads before you get to the place.

You cannot get any better regarding location and view - especially if you are looking for a more relaxed, personal experience rather than a generic mass tourism feel. Owner and staff are all amazing and very accommodating! The beautiful Saradari beach is a 5 min walk down the hill, as is the fantastic Saradari restaurant. Hersonissos is a 15- 20 min walk, and Heraklion is about a 30 minute drive. It's a perfect spot to launch from for several adventures in the Heraklion/Hersonissos area. I will definitely be back!
