J	Jen Ewing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed our stay. Had the honeymoon suite and the jacuzzi was great. Very clean and the beds and pillows are comfy. Quiet and relaxing, close to the city centre and 5 minute walk to the bus. Very convenient. Frida was so lovely and helpful.

This hotel would not give us a refund or allow us to reschedule for another time. When we do finally make it to Greece we will NOT be staying at this property. They should really adjust their policies to be more flexible in these uncertain times.

She was absolutely wonderful with our toddler making extra breakfast for her and playing with her in the mornings. And the breakfast! It was simple but so delicious and she even makes her own Greek yogurt which was to die for. The location is perfect and you can't beat the price. We absolutely would love to see Frida again!

She was very helpful and caring and it felt like being home. The breakfast is healthy and tasty and the room was clean as well as comfortable. The location of the hotel is a perfect fit for people who want to see Fira but also the other places since it is located in the city centre and only 3 min to the bus station from where you can go everywhere. All over satisfied with the choice! Very recommended!

Very generous in accommodating us when our travel plans changed, made us a very nice breakfast, recommended La Scala to eat out, spacious room for 3 people, located right in the center of Fira. Would definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Santorini!
M	Mehrzad Soltaninia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This type of people never understand what hospitality services mean because they can easily destroy your trip by unwelcoming behavior.. ? Even though we paid more to reserve a room with jacuzzi, when we arrived at the "3 star" hotel (with only 4 rooms), the lady at the reception, who prevented she is not the "owner" told us the jacuzzi room is not available and she can give us an upgraded room. She called somebody else who explained if we do not want to stay in a room without jacuzzi, we can go to get another hotel, and they can refund our money back. You can imagine how we could make decision during the off season in Santorini where most of the hotels were closed.

She arranged a car to pick us from the airport (by emailing them- very responsive) and back to the airport. Though would recommend getting a taxi because it was not included as mentioned- 25 € each way. She helped us figure out laundry and recommended tours. This hotel does not have a view of the coast, as listed. The room was warm and everything we needed. Great price in off season early March. Was raining on arrival and they met us with an umbrella. Would stay here again!
