Terrazzo bellissimo con vista e sole.... Verschillende soorten eitjes. Allemaal lekker! ? Dagelijks onderhoud van de kamer. Regelmatig andere lakens en handdoeken. Zéér vriendelijke eigenaars. Een aanrader ? Pleasant apartments. Breakfast also very well cared for. Different choices. Bread, cheese, ham, butter, jam, coffee or tea, yogurt or breakfast cereal. Different types of eggs. All delicious! ? Daily maintenance of the room. Regularly change sheets and towels. Very friendly owners. Highly recommended ?

Perfetto x chi nn ha tante pretese e vuol spendere poco essendo centrale. Una 20-25 di minuti a piedi x arrivare alla spiaggia. Mi è piaciuto il clima l'energia del posto molto ever green...con la raccolta dei tappi x le sedie a rotelle...il book crossing...e le lezioni di yoga. Insomma un posto semplice,ma vero....Quindi mi è piaciuto We stayed in the apartments on the ground floor. Nothing much, very basic and small, but clean and functional. Perfect for those who have so many claims and want to spend little on being central. A 20-25 minute walk to get to the beach. I liked the climate the energy of the place very ever green ... with the collection of the caps for the wheelchairs ... the book crossing ... and the yoga lessons. In short, a simple place, but true .... So I liked it

Obwohl an haupstraße war es schön abgeschirmt (1. Etage). Sophia, die Vermieterin, ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen Xenophon in Matala in jedem Fall! Wonderful, well equipped, bathroom fresh and tastefully renovated, kitchens should follow. Own veranda, clothesline, air conditioning. Although it was on the main street, it was nicely screened off (1st floor). Sophia, the landlady, is extremely nice and helpful. We'd love to come back and definitely recommend Xenophon in Matala!
G	Grazia Montebelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bello studios grande e pulito, aria condizionata letto super size , bagno grande e comodissima la doccia , cucina spaziosa e rifornita di tutto .Receptionist gentilissima , la sera dell'arrivo abbiamo perso le chiavi e non si è fatta pagare nulla ( poi sono state consegnate la mattina dopo). Il giorno della partenza lasciato l'uso della camera a nostro comodo . Terrazzino con tavolo e sedie, e stendibiancheria Che dire .. CONSIGLIATISSIMO! Beautiful large and clean studios, air conditioning, super size bed, large bathroom and very comfortable shower, spacious kitchen equipped with everything. the morning after). M	Monika Przybecka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doskonałe zakwaterowanie w cichej i spokojnej części Matali (10 minut do centrum spacerkiem). Mieliśmy duży, przestronny pokój, wygodną łazienkę (prysznic bez plastikowej zasłonki klejącej się do ciała - kto dużo jeździ po Grecji na pewno doceni) i fajną kuchnię. Sporo gotowaliśmy i niczego nam nie brakowało: ekspres do kawy (ale też kawiarka do espresso i kladyczny grecki tygielek), czajnik elektryczny, kieliszki, szklanki, talerze różnego rodzaju, garnek, durszlak, patelnia, w szufladzie znalazłam nawet nożyczki (co rzadko się zdarza). Piekarnik wyglądał na nieużywany wcześniej. Obsługa była przemiła i kompetentna, bardzo responsywana we wcześniejszej korespondencji mailowej, do tego zorganizowała nam transfer z Zaros. Na koniec dodam, że można za pobyt płacić kartą. Jedyne ulepszenie, jakie można by wprowadzić, to zainstalować moskitiery w oknach/drzwiach pokoi. Poza tym nie mam zastrzeżeń. Excellent accommodation in a quiet and peaceful part of Matala (10 minutes walk to the center). We had a large, spacious room, a comfortable bathroom (shower without a plastic curtain sticking to the body - who travels a lot in Greece will surely appreciate it) and a nice kitchen. We cooked a lot and we didn't miss anything: a coffee machine (but also an espresso machine and a classic Greek crucible), an electric kettle, glasses, glasses, plates of all kinds, pot, colander, frying pan, I even found scissors in a drawer (which is rare ). The oven looked unused before. The service was kind and competent, very responsive in previous e-mail correspondence, and we also organized a transfer from Zaros. Finally, I would like to add that you can pay for your stay by card. The only improvement that could be made was to install mosquito nets on the windows / doors of the rooms. Besides, I have no objections.
M	Mixalis 299 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE from our visit summer 2021. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. We went to first floor room,not the same we went on our first visit, although we have asked for it . We stayed only one night,the smell from the WC room was disgusting,the trash from previous customer were still in the room,although we waited 1 hour to be ready...and of course I talked to the owner,a lady at the reception.she blamed her employee and started screaming at her. NOT AGAIN THERE FOR ME. ---------------------------------- Eva,the girl in the reception very kind and full of smile. breakfast was great . the apartment is just great.like a real house feeling.very clean and huge.full of everything.if I ever come back to matala I will definitely stay here again.
