★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a brilliant 2 nights at this hotel, the location is right on a sandy beach and the rooms are spacious and great value. The hotel restaurant is right on the waterfront and offers a delicious array of both western and traditional Cretan cuisine. Cristos, Vasili and Kosta who run the hotel, showed us hospitality that was second to none. Really can't rate them high enough. If you're in Crete, be sure to check this place out 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place in front of the beach. The rooms were very nice with balconies and great views of the Cretan sea. The food is excellent and the service superb. The prices are reasonable for a beach front property. We love this place and we highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is so dodgy! The doors are suuuper thin, smb will switch the light on in the corridor and you can see it in your room. You can hear everything what is going on in the hallway. We booked for 3 nights and moving out after 2 nights. I would bot recommend staying here unless you are on a tight budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Aptera Beach Hotel for a week in October. My room was modern, clean and had great ocean views.
The food at the hotel was traditional Greek and very tasty.
All in all I couldn't fault anything.
Thank you Christos, Vasilis, Eleftheria and Sophia for your excellent hospitality and making me feel like part of the Aptera Beach family.
I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the host was really friendly and I hate to give negative opinions I have to do that.
Toilet wasn't flushing, doors from shower were missing and they did nothing, even though I've asked staff to take a look at that and they said that they will. On top of that, AC blows directly at the bed. Aside from those inconveniences the room was tidy, spacious and had everything that was needed (except from toilet flushing properly ?)
Grilled food is nice (4 ?), the cake which they will offer you for free after your meal is delicious, wine and coffee isn't worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area, Christos and the stuff are very kind and friendly, a special thanks to everyone and to the upgrade for a room with a sea view. Walking distance to the closest restaurants and shops. Their restaurant offers delicious food and they provide you a sun-Lounger for free. For a low budget tourist was everything very good. There were some details that weren’t perfect, but common our accommodation felt hommie though and that’s the most important!
