K	Kellie Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had travelled from milos island to santorini and before i got on the boat i was charging my phone at a near by restaurant I ended up leaving my phone there.... When we arrived in santorini we got a shuttle and it dropped us off somewhere random one of the workers from santorini breeze came and picked us up at 1am got us all checked in and the next day they went the extra mile with trying to help me get my phone back. The rooms were clean and the staff is amazing at making you feel at home. I really appreciate everything they did for me! I would definitely stay again and i will recommend it to my friends!
Y	Yasmina Salmandjee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Santorini Breeze : avoid at all cost! When I checked in at the hotel, they only could offer me the upper one of two bunkbeds. I have a knee problem and there was not even a ladder. I asked them how could I do and they were very very rude to me. The horrible manager called Mickey said they couldn’t do anything about it and I should have warned them before... They shout at me. I didn’t feel comfortable and safe there regarding their attitude. I asked for a refund and then made fun of me and they said it wasn’t possible.

Room unclean, nothing like the pictures, moldy bathrooms, no wifi in the rooms, etc. In addition, there was a sewage backup into our room that caused the entire room to smell like sewage, and a flood of water in the bathroom. The next day while the issue was being fixed the entire room was flooded soaking all of our bags and ruining stuff. No offer to compensate for destroyed items or a partial refund. Also cockroaches and ants in room and in my bed. Only nice quality was the location of the place.

The owners were so kind and went above and beyond to help my friend find her phone she left in Athens. Room was clean and pool was a great add to hang out at when the sand at the beach was just too hot. Can't wait to come back!!

Management and the guys that run the place are always very helpful and friendly. Affordable rooms and although not right on the beach is actually a perfect place for quietness while also being directly between the large supermarket and the beach, less than 5min walk to either!
