Επίσης είναι σε καλό σημείο, όπου σε κοντινές αποστάσεις μπορεί κάποιος να επισκεφτεί πολλά αρχαία αξιοθέατα και αρκετά άλλα ενδιαφέροντα μέρη.

It is spacious with stunning views of the Saronic Gulf.
It is also in a good spot, where one can visit many ancient sights and many other interesting places nearby.

In close proximity to the temple of Isthmia and within the area formed by the triangle of ancient Olympia, Epidavros and Delphi, there is a plethora of sightseeing options.
The villa is a beautiful neoclassical building located in the centre of a private, big plot of land with olive groves and lush vegetation. It offers a wide range of amenities including a swimming pool, sauna, a multi-activity court (tennis, basketball, volley) and is only a short distance to nearby beaches, the Corinth Canal, ancient Corinth and the city of Loutraki.
