J	John Mathiopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COVID crisis we requested a voucher for a non refundable booking and they were kind enough to offer this. We have travelled to Patra many times. Although it’s dated and old, we consider it very good value compared to its peers and the location is very central, most importantly the customer service is up to standard! Great rooftop pool which is handy on a hot summer day, after enjoying the shopping and frappe!!

Hotel great buffet, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms , pleasant helpful staff swimming pool small but clean but view spectacular.... Overlook the not so cared for hotel balcony doors and windows... Enjoy and live for life is too short...?

m	marinosk97 K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hotel that lost the train of time. This hotel wants to demonstrate a luxurious and modern image but the old fashioned and outdated rooms ruin the try. Room service was included but despite of this we were charged 1,10€ extra. The stuff was polite and the breakfast was good enough. I think that the price was overated
P	Pontus Bergström on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + The staff was really helpful and polite, they helped us switch our room which was in poor shape. - The rooms are, as previously stated, about to fall apart. The first room had a leaking sink and a toilet that was not operating. The new room had a loose toilet, although that was still working. All the floors reek of old cigarettes, probably since the 70's. This hotel may have been worth 4 stars once but unfortunately, not anymore.
N	Neil Darler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. The hotel has 2 entrances. Stayed in a sea view room. The room was a good size with plenty of storage space and seating area. Big tv with international channels. Bed was soft and comfortable. Bathroom had bath and shower. The room was clean. Staff welcoming. Breakfast was a typical breakfast in a Greek hotel and replenished often. Good view from the balcony and wooden shutters with the curtains to keep the light out. Fridge provided in the room.
