Galaxy City Center Hotel - Agiou Nikolaou 9

I slept in this hotel twice in two different occasions. The location is in my opinion very good, very close to the beach in the city center. It's in the city center, 5 minutes from restaurants and on the same street it's plenty of shops, both local and international; also it is a No traffic zone road so the hotel is super quiet. All the people I interacted with can speak a very good english and they have been super kind and nice. I have to explicitly mention that both the receptionist I spoke with have been super friendly, helpful and professional. I were there on a solo trip with my motorbike and they advised me for a parking lot 150m from the hotel in which you can get a discount if you're a customer of the hotel. When I left they always asked for feedback and suggestions on how to improve (not much really to do better for a 3 stars hotel imho). Obviously this is not a luxury place but the hotel is very nice being a 3 stars. I appreciated the free water in the fridge and the French bed in the single rooms. Both the rooms were quite clean and everything was functional and in good shape. The only thing I didn't really like was the breakfast, which for me was composed of homemade cake with jam and greek yogurt. In my opinion the cake was not so good. I want to stress that this last consideration applies only to the "sweet" part of the breakfast buffet as I am not used to have salty food in the morning so I didn't try anything on that side: it was really full of food that looked nice and had a very nice scent, I just didn't try anything there. I recommend this hotel! I think it's super valuable for the price I paid.

Galaxy was a nice surprise and totally value for money. It is not a luxury Hotel and to be totally honest needs some renovations (bathrooms ,carpets). But this is not the taste that stays after all. The people they work there tries to help you all the time and give you exactly what you need. They are kind and make you feel like home. I really recommend the place. Also the location is totally down town next to anything.

We did not have a positive experience at this hotel. The receptionist was very unfriendly and not welcoming. Would not recommend this location to visitors. 0/10

Very nice old-fashioned hotel but by modern standards in city center. Room is clean and tidy. Personal is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and tasty. Main walking zone with stores, cafés and restoraunts is just fem matets from hotel. Overall, very pleasant stay. I can recommend.

Central location, staff kind and friendly. Rooms were clean despite moquette (we stayed 2 times). Friendly staff also at the rich breakfast buffet. Convenient prices

Galaxy is a really good hotel, that generally does everything well. It's central location is excellent, and the rooms are priced fairly. Breakfast is good, and the service, professional. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. My only gripe, and perhaps it was just due to my room location, was that the WiFi signal was very weak, and would only work intermittently. I would certainly return here in the future.

The hotel in general is clean and quiet, but I guess the staff do not communicate with each other. I made first a booking for one night and after a few days I called and told that I will stay for 4 nights if there was free room, they told me yes, I called after a few days again and they told me the same thing and that there is no problem. When i arrived the same night one of the staff told me that after one night I have to leave and there is no such booking for 4 nights. I am so sorry guys but if you can't communicate with each other please at least tell the same thing! Because of this I had to look for someplace else in the middle of the night, and I am sure that I am not going to choose you again, sorry!

The bedroom was awful, sheets weren't clean so was the mattress,the bathroom was dirty and trash hadn't been taken out, the Wi-Fi connection was also poor, the stuff was unfriendly and mean especially the receptionist.I totally don't recommend it to anyone
