★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is ideal for people who want to visit the city, as it is in close proximity to the majority of the attractions. The room was clean and tidy, but the tv never worked properly. The price was reasonable for the quality of room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we were given was very different to images advertised. Paint peeling off walls, old bathroom facilities with rust. The room and foyers reminded us of American Horror Story. Very uncomfortable and not a nice room to stay in.
Bed was also sagged in and dipped in the middle. This bed should be in a dumpster not in a hotel that people pay money to sleep in.
The only good thing about staying here was the location. You are so close to everything, however the place is old and dated and very embarrassing. They should advertise the rooms that they actually give to people rather then the one or two that they have done renovations on.
Oh and also, breakfast served downstairs. We ate in 33 degree heat at 8:30am. No aircon and cheese and cold meats were placed on a board under a glass cover. Not chilled. I can imagine the bacteria growing on that serving.
Not a nice place to stay. Try and pay a little more to find something better. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much nicer than I expected. I usually stay on hotels 10x the price, in other cities, and while this is one of the most expensive hotels I stayed in while visiting Patras, IT was nice. My room was the cheapest available, had the best bathroom, a balcony, and was well laid out - giving a good sense of space. I also stayed in the Patras Palace, which was about 2x the size, per room, with a brilliant view (5th floor) for a similar price, and Bizantino, plus the one next to the Byzantino, that is operated by the Bizantino, for almost double the price (on both counts) - and unless the view is a must, I'd pick this one over these others. Breakfast at Patras Palace was the best by far. I live here, but my wife makes me take hotel rooms a lot. So I am getting to know them all. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff's passion makes service perfect! Last night I went to the reception to ask if the lady staff knows the open hour of Pantokrator church. She told me that she can make a call for me in next morning. Then I received the call at 7.20am, the church is open! Many thank for all the help makes my trip perfact!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best central hotels at the city of Patra. We have pretty good overnights stay there. The rooms are clean and modern enough, they have nice view of the city from the last floor. Very reasonable prices, the staff is helpful and polite.
