Room was okay but the shower curtain definitely needs to be fixed (room 101). Good location.

Value for money, clean and you have the choice for balcony and view if you pay more. My room was small and did not have view but who cares, the price with breakfast was too low for the center of the town...

Very friendly receptionist! We had an comfortable stay in this hotel. The beds could have been softer and the matrace smelld a bit. But the view from the balcony was nice despite the traffic noise which the windows totally silenced!

Tired and exhausted we devided to stop there for the night. What a mistake. Disgusting, filthy, run down place that makes a crackhouse in Miami look like a palace. Smoke filled rooms, stained sheets, leaking roof, broken plaster, inoperable window. I won’t even mention the bathroom. 5 minutes later we packed our bags and left . No refund given but at least we were outside breathing fresh air. Do NOT waste your time and money going there. Read some of the “positive” comments in the review section and I wonder if these people are related or somehow connected to the owner(s) owner or are they blind, or simply out of their minds. BTW : one hotel room is worst than the other, in this building. Do not even bother PLEASE ??

I'm rating as a 4 star because of its position and it's central location. our room was on the 4th floor with amazing water views. The rooms are a little dated and could do with some renovation. However, very good value for money. Highly recommended!

A hotel just for transit. Situated very close to the center of the village, the seashore or the local train station, it has large enough rooms but smoky with tobacco smell, with large beds (which give the room a crowded air) and a bathroom with a shower that has a curtain that sticks to you all the time you use it. There are no refrigerators in the room but a cooler (in which a 1/2 liter bottle cools down after a few days). Breakfast is "thin" but everything is balanced by the kindness of the staff. The hotel can be accessed from two parallel streets, and here you can try an unique parking method, buying a ticket from a newspaper kiosk, then leave it on the dashboard of the car (if you stay for more than 2 hours, you have to go back and change the voucher, because it is not allowed to leave 2 vouchers at a time). And here, in Patra, you can taste Mamos beer, the oldest (and, in my opinion, the best) beer in Greece.

Very good, the room was clean and tidy, quiet hotel so weren't disturbed during our stay. The view from the balcony was definitely the highlight of our stay! However, the lighting in the bathroom was very dim and flushing the toilet was a challenge.
