S	Savannah Ballweber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has poor service and bad food and continues to charge my credit card beyond what I agreed to pay and refuses to return money and will give no further explanation. My boyfriend also saw the hotel manager stealing the bags of guests while wait staff was supposed to be keeping an eye on them and when confronted refused to give the luggage back as it should not have been left there even though the staff had offered to keep an eye on it.

P	Pete Dake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a very nice hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms. It provides all the amenities and is located at the heart of the city. Only downside is the paper thin walls. You can hear the noise from the street and the rooms beside you. Also they only provide breakfast, and the internet connection is not the best. But a good choice overall!!

Room is simple and functional and the bed is quite firm, but it was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Despite being in the heart of Patras (which has vibrant night life) the sound was well blocked by the balcony door and we rested peacefully. The free breakfast included was great! Nice variety, very fresh and well attended. All for a very nice price. Highly recommend!

R	Ryan Reynolds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I booked a room here and had a great time as the hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Old Town Patras, walking distance to everything. The breakfast and the server was the highlight of our morning! Delicious! The wifi was strong and very helpful. The hotel took sanitation and covid seriously so that was reassuring. The bed was pretty stiff, but we both slept well. We weren’t disturbed by any street noise, even with a rowdy bar across the street, the double paned glass door blocked all sound. Dimitri the concierge was very pleasant and friendly, we even were able to check in hours early. We’d stay there again next time we’re in Patras!
