★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well curated and cared for museum documenting the life of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in pictures and text. The entrance is off Isaia Street and is not obvious. It is well worth ringing the bell and being admitted to see where the founder of modern day Turkey was born.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to learn about Turkish history in Greece. It’s free entrance just open the metal door at the entrance. You have to sign a paper with your name and country. There is a garden outside and inside is fresh! 3 floors to visit. It’s worth it! Not crowded

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the must sees in Thessaloniki. Visiting birth house of one of the visionaries of our time is a must in my opinion. Beside that museum is neatly designed ant the fact that is situated inside Turkish embassy gives a whole new dimension to the experience. Admission is free. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very interesting, small museum. Birth place of Atatürk. Entry is free of charge, stuff was very friendly. There are 3 floors to visit. It takes 30min-1h to visit and read most of the information. All information are written in English, Turkish and Greek. There were other guests with big dog and they let them stay with dog on a bench in patio while they could swap to enter house museum. So if you are traveling with dog you should be able to enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a interesting museum, but when you see those high gates....leave it. There are a couple off nice coffee places around. They are worth a visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The founder of the Republic of Turkey was born in this house which was a Ottoman territory at that time. ıt was really emotional to visit the house, its rooms, garden etc. It is a nice 3-story wooden house located in the downtown area of Selanik. I highly recommend visiting this place to every Turkish citizen and people interested in Turkish culture/history.
