★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικα απαραδεκτοι, ηρθαμε 4 μερες στη μηλο εχοντας κανει κρατηση για το αυτοκινητο σε συγΚεκριμενη ημερομηνια, πηγαινουμε και οι τυποι δεν ειχαν ιδεα για την κρατηση!!! Αποφυγετε με 1000,απαραδεκτη εξυπηρετηση και ασυνεννοησία στο επακρον! Ντροπη σας!!

Really unacceptable, we came to apple for 4 days having made a reservation for the car on a specific date, we are going and the guys had no idea about the reservation !!! Avoid with 1000, unacceptable service and misunderstanding in the extreme! Same on you!!
PS IT IS NOT THE SIXT COMPANY, THEY DO NOT HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH IT, THEY JUST USE THE WRONG NAME !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon Servizio e staff disponibile. Tuttavia la macchina non era nuovissima ed è stata consegnata con 1/3 di serbatoio, rendendo complicata la restituzione con la stessa quantità di benzina.
Good Service and helpful staff. However the car was not brand new and was delivered with 1/3 tank, making it difficult to return with the same amount of petrol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware, this is NOT an official SIXT store, it’s a tiny no-name shop which got themselves a SIXT banner as far as I can tell. Staff is extremely unfriendly and mentions some “small store policies” when they say they don’t accept reservations in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the staff at Sixt rental at Athena Travel in Milos island, particularly Maria, friendly and very helpful. When I asked about getting to the airport she advised me that for the same price as airport taxi fare they would rent a car to me for another day, and I could simply drive to the airport and leave it there when departing. This was a great idea that helped us a lot, and let us explore the island a little more. They also offered sightseeing suggestions and general help when I asked. I highly recommend them for rental car needs.
