The owner should go back to school to learn customer service. Or just change his work and abandon public service. The motel is in an Indian aera of the town, which can be pleasant, and the appartement is decent.

Don't expect five star, or salubrious surroundings, but it is perfectly fine and comfortable once you are in there. Plus there are some VERY good little restaurants nearby (check Google maps for names), and it is an easy walk to the Agora and the metro station.

Hotel on the inside is nice and clean! Price is very affordable. The owner is very responsive as well. The low rating is for the area of town it is located in! If you want to go party all night long and don't need to sleep until after 8am this place is for you. That being said, this area of town is definitely not for me (or family friendly). The bar next door played music from 10pm until 8am. I could feel the bass in my chest while laying in bed. They turned the volume up at 3am, 4am and 6am. Ear plugs helped a little bit but if I wasn't exhausted I wouldn't have slept at all.

Before arriving to the hotel we were a bit scared by the comments we read on Google. IT'S ALL WRONG. Staff was very nice, the place is clean, safe, comfy. Close from Omonia metro, close to Monastiraki. The area is perfectly safe at any time (we never felt in danger). The kitchen is clean, common spaces as well. Please rank what you payed for. It's a very cheap place but well located with good accommodations. Bravo ?

Most times in life you get what you pay for.. The same applies here.. Fair price, spacious rooms, clean, and certain comforts in the room. the neighborhood is quite noisy....

Location is in the industrial area so quite deserted at night, but very close to the center only 10, 15 mn walking and room is ok like in the pictures. Quality / Price ratio is good.

Based on some of the comments below I can only confirm customer service is terrible. The owner is not honest at all. He told us we could arrive until 11pm without any supplement but once arrived at the door around 11, we had to wait 20min before someone opened. Then, they ask for the supplement as it was more than 11 pm (obviously when 20 min are required to open a door) . We mentioned that it was not a correct behavior to ask us that as we had to wait 20 min outside and we told to the owner he was a lier. He did not appreciate this message and cancelled our booking threatening us to call the police if we did not leave. We made our reservation via Booking.com and he first told them we did not show up and because of no show there is no reason to refund us. Once we proved he lied, he told Booking.com that we were rude to the personal (which was not the case) and because of that he does want to refund us. Actually he lied until we gave up in order to not refund us the nights he stole us. I went to hotels all around the world for my job and it is the first time I faced such a lier and dishonest owner. If you hesitate to go to this hotel, do not hesitate anymore going elsewhere. My review is one more negative review amongst others as you can see with the comments below or on TripAdvisor. I regret I did not check those before booking there.

Dodgy back street, even more dodgy and dishonest management. Don't belive the room discriptions. If you query anything management will claim you didn't turn up, so unable to leave a review on the booking site.
