R	Re mi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend & I came back from the marina and walked though this touristic area towards the acropolis. We saw this hotel the evening before and I decided to check the cafe out while also asking if I can use their facilities. I went directly to the gentlemen at the door which told me that all services are for hotel guest only, not even mentioning cafe or bar guests. This is not what I expect from 5 star house and this was the only rude encounter of our whole Athens trip. I guess there a reason it seemed very empty - not one guest was in the cafe or the whole lobby. We went to a rooftop bar nearby.

But on top of this, the service was outstanding, especially the friendly people at the front desk and those serving breakfast in the rooftop restaurant that overlooks the acropolis and has amazing food. We had lots of helpful advice from the staff and the transportation they arranged to/from the airport and port was also great (friendly drivers, on time, nice cars). Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Small boutique hotel, but it punches way above its weight in what it offers. Steps to the entrance of the Acropolis, enjoy the amazing a la carte breakfast at the rooftop as early as 7am and make it over to the site for opening. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby in Plaka with all the options you could want. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Service from staff was fantastic, and we appreciated the special touch acknowledging our honeymoon. Will be our recommended hotel to friends and family traveling to Athens.
A	Andy Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself is not big but the rooms are well renovated, the staff are friendly/helpful, and the included breakfast is great! Location is also very convenient. Overall would definitely recommend. I think the hotel only has 6 floors with maybe 4 rooms each floor so its not big at all. The elevator is small (only fits 2 people with luggages) as well, we took the stairs most of the time if we had no luggage. But the reception is super helpful in terms of letting us know what's around the area, what restaurants to visits and etc. The made to order breakfast at the rooftop restaurant is also really great with a variety of options.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The view of the Acropolis from our room at night made it even more memorable. We had a lot of choices of hotels in Athens, but we're really glad we chose AthensWas, and will absolutely stay there next time we visit.
B	Brishen Viaud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You couldn’t have a better location in Athens: a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum, plus just an easy walk to many of the other great sites. Extremely nice design and room with a great bathroom (loved the shower). The breakfast was truly amazing, both the food and the incredible view. The staff were all very helpful and extremely nice. Can’t wait to come back!

The location is excellent and the breakfast is incredible- but what set it apart for me was the service. Every single employee we had contact with went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable and to enjoy our time in Athens. Prior to arriving, I contacted the hotel to arrange transportation from our cruise ship and several private tours. Communication was prompt, thorough and extremely helpful. Details were taken care of that I frankly had overlooked and not even though of. I highly recommend this hotel if you're planning a trip to Athens.
