★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude salesperson! I went to look at the Audi Q2 , really nice, & booked an appointment with Mr. P. M. to test drive it. So when I arrived he told me I would test another model (!) actually a superior model (!) whose interior of course was completely different (!). The salesperson swore it was “the same engine” (!) as the Q2- (sorry for not taking your word for it).
He got irritated that I asked questions ie “does the Q2 dashboard have this & that?” ... etc and told me (quote translated from Greek) that “I showed u the Q2 yesterday in the showroom and I am very busy to try to convince you that ....”. Totally unprofessional salesperson I thought potential customers made up the workload of a business and were there to answer questions. His supervisor eventually kindly offered to bring the Q 2 from another location so I can test drive it. Thanks but it’s a kind of “late” when u are spoken to as if u were a nuisance by your salesperson.

Waited 25 minuted for the service expert to take my car.. asked for a change of oil and filter and they don't even have the correct oil. called them 3 times trying to speak to their service expert, they said they would call they did not. Hope others have a better experience.
