P	Patrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit gemacht. Wir haben über Check24 im Voraus (nicht vor Ort) ein Fahrzeug bei Autocandia in Rethymno reserviert bzw. bezahlt. Ich habe mit Absicht nicht das günstigste Angebot wahrgenommen, in der Hoffnung besseren Service mit guter Absicherung zu erhalten. Obwohl das Auto vollständig versichert war, sollte ich vor Ort eine Kaution in Höhe von 300 € über meine Kreditkart hinterlassen. Dort fing ich an skeptisch zu werden. Das Auto an sich war wie versprochen (fast ein Neuwagen ohne großartige Schäden/ Mängel). Bei der Rückgabe wurden keine Schäden am Auto festgestellt, auch wenn es keine Auswirkungen gehabt hätte, da ich ja versichert war. Dann jedoch wollte ich meine Kaution zurück. Die Angestellten hatten mir gesagt, dass Sie eine E-Mail an Ihre Bank verfasst hatten, mit der das Geld wieder freigegeben werden sollte. Sie hatten mir gesagt, dass es bis zu 4 Wochen dauern kann. Ich habe weder einen Bestätigung noch einen Beleg für eine Rückzahlung erhalten. Das kennt man aus deutschen Vermietungen ganz anders, wo man die Kaution bei Rückgabe SOFORT zurückbekommt. Zurück in Deutschland habe ich vergeblich 4 Wochen gewartet. Nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten mit meiner Bank konnte diese das Geld zurückholen. Ich finde es sehr enttäuschend und fast eine ABZOCKE. Ich weiß nicht ob ich das Geld jemals wiederbekommen hätte, wenn ich mich nicht dahintergesetzt hätte. Sehr enttäuschend!!! Very bad experience with. We have reserved or paid for a vehicle at Autocandia in Rethymno in advance (not on site) via Check24. I purposely did not take the cheapest offer in the hope of getting better service with good coverage. Although the car was fully insured, I was asked to leave a deposit of € 300 on my credit card on site. That's where I started to get skeptical. The car itself was as promised (almost a new car with no major damage / defects). When it was returned, no damage was found to the car, even if it would have had no effects, since I was insured. But then I wanted my bail back. The staff had told me that you had written an email to your bank asking for the money to be released. They told me it could take up to 4 weeks. I haven't received a confirmation or receipt for a refund. You know this very differently from German rentals, where you get the deposit back IMMEDIATELY upon return. Back in Germany I waited 4 weeks in vain. After several phone calls to my bank, they were able to get the money back. I find it very disappointing and almost a rip off. I don't know if I would ever have gotten the money back if I hadn't got behind it. Very disappointing!!!

Wir haben den Wagen auf der Homepage direkt online gebucht, die E-Mail-Korrespondenz im Vorfeld war professionell und freundlich. Aufgrund Verfügbarkeit haben wir ein besseres Auto erhalten. Das Auto war in guten Zustand und sauber, die Lieferung ins Hotel und Übergabe war einfach und freundlich. Vereinbarung Voll/Voll lief reibungslos. Die Abholung am Hotel war ebenfalls gut und reibungslos: wir konnten den Schlüssel an der Hotelrezeption abgeben, die Übernahme wurde per Mail bestätigt. Ich würde hier immer wieder einen Wagen mieten. Clear recommendation, easy handling, nice staff. Great value for money. We booked the car directly online on the homepage, the e-mail correspondence in advance was professional and friendly. We received a better car due to availability. The car was in good condition and clean, delivery to the hotel and handover was easy and friendly. Agreement full / full went smoothly. The pick-up at the hotel was also good and smooth: we were able to hand over the key at the hotel reception, the pick-up was confirmed by email. I would rent a car here again and again.

M	Mangel A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very satisfied with service, cooperation and the car! Rates are among the lowest on Crete, they offer free hotel delivery as well as different pick up and drop off location! Stela was very helpfull and I plan to rent from them again.

The price was really reasonable, the staff was very friendly (Stella is a very pleasant person and worker). We signed the contract within a couple of minutes, and then had a wonderful 8-day journey of the Crete. The company returned the deposit within 3 days, which was really fast. Thank you very much.
