We had a problem with our car 2 days after arrival, but they immediately offered us a replacement (which was a much better car), which arrived about 10 minutes later. Superb! Many thanks to Olga who we dealt with all the way through - we will use Autoclub on future visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used AutoClub many times. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The cars are always clean and in good condition, and now you can pick up/drop off at the car park immediately in front of Chania arrivals.
