- Every time I called he was available
- Car in good condition (drove smoothly)
- Everything was in the already good price included
- The guy who handed us the car spoke fluent german and greek (and english for sure)
- When I forgot to turn the light off over night, immediately someone came and gave me jump-start

The owner brought the car to our hotel and collected it from the same place. The car was very clean and fully sanitised.
We even got a really nice present, a small bottle of olive oil.
Thanks to Marilena as well for arranging everything for us.

The lovely owner met us at arrivals and in about 5 minutes we were on our way. No hustle, no deposit or credit card required; finally, much to my surprise, we left the car at their spot near the airport and just dropped the key in their key box. They put a lot of trust in their customers, really a prime example of the infamous Cretan hospitality.
The car itself was new and spotless.
Needless to say, this will be our go-to place the next time we are in Crete.

Companies who trust their customers like this should be encouraged! And they even gave me a gift of olive oil...... Additionally, the email contact with Marilena was great. She was extra friendly and helpful.
