★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Freund und ich haben ein Auto für 7 Tage gemietet. Das Auto war vollkommen okay. Es gab keine Mängel oder sonstiges. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Auto und der Autovermieter war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können Eurocars wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Wenn wir nochmals nach Kreta fahren würden und ein Auto bräuchten, würden wir uns wieder für eurocars entscheiden. ?
 My boyfriend and I rented a car for 7 days. The car was perfectly fine. There were no defects or anything else. We were really very happy with the car and the car rental company was really nice and accommodating. We can really only recommend Eurocars. If we went to Crete again and needed a car, we would choose eurocars again. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben ein Auto für 7 Tage gemietet. Der Preis war super und auch unser Wunsch bzgl. eines bestimmten Models in der gebuchten Kategorie konnte berücksichtigt werden.
Abwicklung im Vorfeld via Email ging sehr schnell und teilweise auch auf deutsch von statten. Auch eine kurzfristige Umbuchung von einem Tag war kein Problem.
Vor Ort haben die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter schon mit dem Auto auf uns gewartet und uns beim einladen der Koffer geholfen. Übernahme des Autos war innerhalb von 5 Minuten abgeschlossen. Bei der Rückgabe ebenfalls alles unkompliziert.
Beim nächsten Urlaub auf Kreta werden wir definitiv wieder hier mieten!
Rented a car for 7 days. The price was great and our request for a specific model in the booked category could also be taken into account.
Processing in advance via email was very quick and sometimes also in German. Even a short-term rebooking of one day was not a problem.
On site, the very friendly staff were already waiting for us with the car and helped us load our suitcases. Pickup of the car was completed within 5 minutes. With the return also everything uncomplicated.
We will definitely rent here again on our next holiday in Crete!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Paul, nice yo meet you again :-) However, I do not think that the Google map will really help. The street version shows everything in light gray on light gray, and the satellite view is pixeled out so you see even less :-( There is however a detailed site map on the new Eurocars web page for Heraklion airport, and even a slide show that will guide you to the place step by step. This summer we anyway went straight to the place and met David there and I think that this is much easier than to find him among the crowd by the airport exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best car rental company in crete. We rented two cars for more then a week and sadly managed to damage both cars when parking. The company resolved all issues without any problems, and even offered a 3rd car to changed the damaged one out. They even offered to bring it to our hotel. Thank you again for the great service and sorry again for the damage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a car for a week. Email communication very quick, I got a good offer and everything went smooth. Car was clean and in good shape (got a Peugeot instead of a Fiat). Employees very friendly. I was surprised how quick it was to get the car. I think less than 5min. When I arrived they had the paperwork ready waiting for me. Returning the car was also very easy. I´ll definetely book a car here again on my next trip to Greece. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best price by far and excellent support. Georgios has been very clear on every aspect on the contract, he was also very kind and quick to answer my requests through e-mail. Everything was super, I am completely satisfied.
Side note: just keep in mind that if you're going to Balos beach, the last 10 km is a very bad road and, depending on the type of car that you rented, the company may not allow you to drive there because most of the times people damage the tires and the underbody of the car, furthermore the company doesn't offer insurance and road assistance for extreme of road use (anyway: always check terms and condition of the contract and, if not clear, ask as many questions as you need). Tip: if you're planning to go to Balos beach, in order to avoid waste of money and time, use the ferryboat from the port of Kasteli instead.
