E	Edwin Stam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This renter is a real scam. Our car Fiat Panda was already damaged at the back.Instead of repairing it they just rented it out again (to us). While they probably charged a lot of money for the repairs to the people who had caused the damage. Next to this they asked for money for cleaning the interior of the car, which was already dirty before we left and needed to be cleaned thoroughly for COVID anyway.They know you have to catch a flight and you are under time pressure. Feels like a real scam!
M	Michael Kohlfürst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked a BMW 116 @ Enterprise Alamo Zakynthos. We then received an older Toyota Avensis by their branch AutoUnion. Nice, we received a bigger car but it was older and the shock absorbers where not OK as also the brakes which squeaked. The car was a little bit dangerous to drive. The AutoUnion employers have been very nice and helpful to us. If you arrive after 21:00 you will have to pay +26 € for their waiting time.

We had a small argue about the mess at the backseat (little children) but in the end they didn't charge us. Only minus is we booked another car and we actually got a fiat panda without the possibility to adjust the chair height which really sucks when you're 2m.
M	Maximilian Ratlmoser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sun-bleached sign of Alamo rent a car is hard to read but it is located in this building as well and is in walking distance from the airport. Getting the cars was easy and quick, the service staff very friendly, no bad surprises except that we rented the tanks to be full and return full, but they were half empty (at least they had to be returned half empty as well). Cars are not a highlight but do their jobs, in one of our two cars the check engine light went on. Tyres had enough tread left, cars were comparably new and had 11000 and 21000 km.
R	Ralf K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving two stars here, because the staff was very friendly to me, but I want to express my disappointment anyway. I rented a car here on the island of Zakynthos in the village Argassi. Before that, I visited two other car rental companies and found Auto Union to be the best in terms of value for money. Unfortunately, on the day of the pickup, I had to find out that they gave me an ancient scrap car, as I hope you can see in the pictures. Fortunately, the car at least brought us to the places we wanted and back to the hotel, even though the brakes squealed and the car had next to no performance uphill. In my opinion, you can't rent such a car to customers, and certainly not for € 50 a day. When I returned the car at the airport, only much newer vehicles were parked in the parking lots. I really thought about complaining and asking for money back for a moment, but unfortunately there was no more time for that.
B	Bb - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked our rental car previous to arrival through Sunnycars and we were redirected to their local partner AutoUnion. Pick up and returning the car were very easy and they offer very quick service. The rental cars are just parked outside of the office so pickup and returning the cars is very convenient. We booked the smallest category car and received a yellow Seat Mii, with an automatic gear box. Quite new car and no problem whatsoever, very satisfied!
