L aereo ci ha fatto un ora di ritardo e quindi ci siamo recati un ora più tardi della prenotazione a hertz, ci hanno trattati a pesci in faccia.
Noi in 5 disperati, 3h in aereoporto abbiamo chiesto più volte aiuto a loro ,ci hanno risposto male ,trattati a pesci in faccia !
Fortunatamente abbiamo prenotato con booking quindi dopo 3 h al telefono ci hanno ridato i soldi .
Si sono permessi du rispondere male anche al personale di booking.
Cè la ragazza dell'accettazione non si è degnata di ascoltarci nemmeno un minuto .
Hanno risposto male anche al personale di booking dove gli negavano la disponibilità di una macchina, mentre sul sito c'era !

The plane made us an hour late so we went an hour later than the booking at hertz, they treated us like fish in the face.
We desperate 5, 3h at the airport we asked them for help several times, they answered us badly, treated like fish in the face!
Fortunately we booked with booking so after 3 hours on the phone they gave us back the money.
They even took the liberty of responding badly to the booking staff.
Cè the girl of acceptance did not deign to listen to us even for a minute.

But charging me 60 euro's for a full tank of gas and returning me 14 euro's after returning it with half of it left... Pure theft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented our car from Germany with TUI from Hertz. Price was okay, got it delivered to our hotel without any problems. Contact person was very nice and we had a good holiday while driving around on the island with the car, which was a Fiat Panda.
