★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people there are helpful and efficient and the car was great. When it came to returning the large deposit, that is when the wheels came off. They are very slow and say it can take "20 working days depending on the cardholder's policy". That is 4 weeks and I find this totally ridiculous. Foreigners should watch out for this as I suspect that we are being targeted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and nice employee's at this location. It's a reliable company which is in service of the customers. Everything went good and no problems afterwards. We got the car from this location and dropped it of at the airport, then the brought us to the airport with the shuttle bus, no extra cost. Thank you all for the great service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst. I’ve been renting cars all over the world, from Europe to Australia. I’ve paid 40€ (not that much but still) prepayment and because I couldn’t rent a car as I didn’t have proper credit card with me (understandable) I couldn’t get my money back even though I didn’t finally rent a car. The girl wasn’t nice either and they’re supposed “rent a smile..” right. Even that failed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend autoUnion. I have checked prices on their website, but when it came out, that in the office prices are much higher i have resigned. Additionally they require 700 EUR deposit, which can be reduced to 200 EUR or even 0 EUR but for much higher price of a rent.
I reccomend ESCAPE CAR RENTALS close to FIX metro station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a Skodia Octavia Estate from here, for eight nights. Car was exactly the model specified and drove well, ideal for a trip on the motorway to the Peloponnese.
Price was very good, I booked in advance and took all insurances.
I did a small amount of damage to the car on a rock in a car park, which honestly they could have reasonably charged me for, but as the damage was in exactly the same place as existing damage they did not charge anything this time. This was really very good of them and was much appreciated.
Staff were really friendly and helpful, even helped us flag down a taxi as we left.
I would definitely rent from here again, no question.

the bad experience stems from the deposit policy. I find it wrong and weird to withhold large amounts of money in the form of deposit and even 1 month after to have no idea what s going on with the credit of the amount. When i called the answers were
' these happen only with Greeks
' u should take it up with your bank
that s all. left on your own
