★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been living in Greece for years and first time encounter a discrimination act; the guy at reception told me there’s a car for rent, I brought him my credit card and Greek driving license, when be saw that I am Algerian and having an Arabic name, he told me the car is booked! Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The eternal credit vs. debit card problem ... they force you to take their insurance if you do not have a credit card ... then price will be double at least ... they say it is written in their policy, which is true, but when booking through carrentals.com it is not mentioned so u have to dig to find it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I landed 21.00, they had forgotten me, tried to call the mobile number but nobody answered, by luck I found one of there's colleagues and gave me another mobile number and that's how I got the car that I have booked. Very bad service. The only good thing is that the guy was working there, helped me a lot to find the way back to the main street since the office is hidden I'm the middle of nowhere, really scary, specially if you land night time. Needed to contact again during the rental....very difficult communication. Not happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in small letters that is important. So don´t forget your (the driver = the person who has preorder the car) passport, driver licence, kreditcard otherwise your are in trouble and the staff will not try to solve the problem. And you have to deposit about 1000 € with your kredit card, and it takes time to get it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant Service. We were served by a guy called Nic, who offered us a cost free upgrade and an extra day driving, again, with no charge. Wonderful. The car was great, too.
