They had no other cars so we remained without a car for a vacation we planned with many trips. DONT RENT A CAR THERE!

M	Martijn Looijen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T RENT HERE! Rented a car for one day. Pick up in Pireaus port and drop off at the airport. I booked a car on the website and the day after got an e-mail that is was not available. I changed the car and had to pay extra for that. Next they asked me to e-mail my passport and driving license. Never had that before. It was not clear that there is no office in Pireaus. I found out that the address on the voucher was a bank. When I called, someone asked me where I was. He told me he would be there in 15 minutes. 4 calls and 1 hour later he arrived.... all this time I was waiting on the street. The car was clearly used, dirty, smelled of smoke and the fuel tank was totally empty. I could not get a receipt of my creditcard payment. The car was old, had no usb or bluetooth and didn't drive well. When I returned the car at the airport, the fuel was half full. They didn't want to refund me for that. Also, to this day they didn't refund my creditcard deposit. I rented cars all over the world, this is by far the worst experience. DON'T RENT HERE!

We will come back if we're in need of a car in Athens. :-) My only gripe was: the fuel tank was near empty and it's very difficult and annoying to perfectly time the fuel consumption. So please next time use a full to full policy.

At first, they couldn’t find my booking and asked me to wait 5 minutes for another person to arrive. He reported that the model I wanted was broken and would give another (Suzuki Balen instead of Citroen C3). Despite small problems, the service was very fast and I was able to leave in 10 minutes. The car was technically in order, though it didn’t look very new. The most important thing is that in the middle of the trip we realized that it is more profitable for us to extend the car rental for another day and return it to the airport, thus getting an extra half-day in Athens without worrying about our luggage and the trip to the airport. So when I called the company, I asked if there was a way to extend the lease. I was told there was no problem - I could return half a day later and straight to the airport and ... for no extra charge!!! At the airport, I returned the car in a few minutes. The credit card was released in 5 or 6 days. I can only say the best words about my experience with this company. The price was very reasonable. The next time I go to Athens, I will immediately order a car here.
