★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a car online (with short notice), received the confirmation email, planned the day thinking we will have a car. They called a few hrs later to tell me they have no available vehicles for us, which meant a complete re-plan. Imo the website should not allow bookings if there are no cars to book. My experience therefore is 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and affordable prices. Safe experience all in all. Vehicle I rented was in very good condition and with no hidden costs. Their conditions of contract were very clear and fair. Staff is really communicative, fast and helpful as I had to be in touch with them few times. I forgot my driver's license on their office and I was able to reach them very quickly and arrange the pick up easily. I even had to print boarding pass for my return flight and they were happy to do it for me. I would definitely recommend Autoway over these big rip off companies. Their service attitude made big difference on my trip. Definitely going to use again when I come back to Zante!
