★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place with really nice and helpful stuff, the place made me fell in love with Malvasia. Stunning view from the balcony, clean and beautiful room. Coffee and drinks in the bar are top world class. Definitely I will come back there many times.
If you look for a place to spend peaceful romantic time full of magic that’s definitely the spot.
Huge thanks to the personnel and the owners for hosting us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was way smaller than it showed in the pictures, dirty and very noisy. The a/c didn’t work properly, the mattress and the pillows have the same age with the castle (maybe they are souvenir from the last battle). Not recommended.!

No motivation from the staff, rooms in desperate need of remodeling. Rusty balcony chairs and toilet trash bin, broken shower door replaced by a curtain, bedding and towels so old.
To top at all the hotel was infested with pillbugs.
For a popular destination like Monemvasia this is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unique! The old town is a little reminiscent of Mont Saint Michelle in France in terms of age, narrow winding streets without cars, etc. Rooms were nicely done while still keeping character of the castle and rocky surroundings. Comfy beds, quiet, one of a kind, memorable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels you will find in the old city. I literally cannot understand the bad reviews here. The place is clean with an amazing cafè downstairs and Jimmy the owner is one of the most hospitable persons you will ever meet !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most unique locations we stayed at! Boutique hotel in the castle's medieval houses with a beautiful view over the sea from your balcony or the hotels restaurant / café. The rooms are basic, but the location and view is what makes this hotel worth it!
