★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here with the friendly staff helping accommodate us last minute for almost the same price as the original place we were supposed to rent from, but in a much better vehicle. Everything was super easy and we were in and out in 10 minutes in a very new suv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been renting from them for several years and the past two years were awful. Spiro promised me one car and delivered another. He swore he would get me the size car I wanted and never delivered. I would call and he would tell me he would call back and have it to me soon, of course never did. He’s very dishonest and I would never ever trust him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental experience ever. If it would be possible to give zero stars I would. We paid a similar price than we would have in europcar but got a very bad service. We had to complain because the car we got was very old and not even working well (the guy didn't stick around to check the car out as it is done usually). Then we got another car which was ok but it was smelling very bad inside because someone had smoked in it before us. Overall we wanted to get the car at 09:30 and left the rental car garage with the smelling car at 11:00. The staff was always impatient. Conserning the gas we had to return the car with the exact same amount of gas with which we recieved it (not full), which is hard to estimate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Different cars on delivery, old car which run out of oil and had to be replaced a few hrs later with a new one. Got charged 30 euro for a tiny scratch, 2cm long, under the bumper probably from a bike while parked, wasn’t even my fault. Barely noticeable. And when I had to return it on a Sunday around 2.30 pm, nobody was even there. Never again. Also they charge 10 euro for delivery. They will get any amount of money off of you so beware!
