The hotel is stunning! I can't put it into words how amazing our stay has been at Begeti Bay. The Hotel has such a Greek Atmosphere which is great for getting the full experience when travelling. The food and drinks are tasty, range of cocktails served cold/fresh. The staff are welcoming and will go above and beyond to make sure the guests are satisfied. Warm meal provided on arrival. The staff would come down with food to cater for little ones. When staying in our rooms they are clean, modern, spacious and you'll find yourself very comfortable to be in. Fridge, hairdryer, tv, mirror. They have the rooms stocked with cold water. Almost like anything you can think of in a hotel room they have it and still manage to make it look lush! Very luxury especially for a 3 star hotel. They deserve more than that. Stepping right out your door you have an overlook of the garden below, beautiful plants and trees. The views around the hotel with mountains and the sea are so picturesque - if you're looking for a quiet surrounded hotel this would be it. There is a restaurant and shops up the road from the hotel which is a nice walk along the sea shore. The kids love the pool especially the bridge over it, I've never seen before and it's so different. If I come to Greece again this hotel will be a go too place. Just beautiful! I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Crete. You'll arrive and leave with a smile on your face and a great holiday to remember.

From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing. We arrived at 4am from a delayed flight the first thing they offered us was some food, and even catered to 1 member being vegan. Staff always greeted us everyday with smiles and remembered all our names. They catered to all our needs and let us check out late with no extra cost. Will definitely recommend this hotel 100/100. Will come back again

What a beautiful place to stay. The whole place is spotless, the staff are wonderful they above and beyond to make you happy. I hurt myself whilst on a trip they where amazing!!! It's a bit far out but close to bus stop into town. There's cabs and a shop. I'd highly recommend staying her. Wonderful!!!

Exceptional place. Looks like the end of the world—fantastic service and food. People here don't treat you as a guest. Once you enter, you’re a friend. The family runs the hotel. All the staff's power is doing all they can to make you comfortable. Most impressive -all you eat, veggies and fruits grow nearby and are planted by the owner. If you look for a place, to forget that there’s another world full of pace and rush, you must come here.

We arrived at night (2am) we were greet with kindness and warm food before we went to our room. Lovely place, spend 4 nights all inclusive. People who work and manage the hotel are lovely and kind. They took time to meet us one by one spend time, helped with what can we see around Crete. All of it feels like big family and not like a company driven hotel. I would recommend it to everyone who want the best time in Crete.
