Loved our stay here. It was a short break, wished we had planned a longer holiday. The hotel was clean, spacious with a beautiful beach front compare to other hotels in the area. All the staff was so welcoming and the hospitality outstanding. Loved the fresh buffet food, including the seafood & greek a la carte menu. My mum could only have gluten free food and staff in dinning rooms made sure they catered for her needs. I have travelled the world and stayed at 5* hotels, and would say this was best hospitality experience I have had.

Staff was always and at any time super professionell and friendly. We loved the spacious and clean Family room with two bedrooms. Food was very fresh and tasty. Very nice sandy beach with lots of sunbeds. Will definately come back!

This hotel turned out to be much nicer than the photos online showed. We upgraded our room and it was well worth it. Staff were all great, really friendly and naturally helpful. Also the hotel's private beach was clearly the best along this part of the coast. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we stayed on premises the whole week! Tip: for somewhere quiet to read, try the library above the Bar, most people never find it!

It's a beautiful hotel immaculately cared for from top to bottom with a beautiful beach front. Walking along the beach road, we found Bella's beach to be the nicest. The pool is beautiful as well and has a bridge crossing over it. Looking at other hotels in the area, we found Bella to be the right size - not too small or too big; and we liked the openness of the space - we never felt confined and even though the hotel was filled to capacity, it didn't feel crowded. The food in the Main Dining Room was delicious and plentiful and artistically displayed, replenished often and of great variety but be sure to also enjoy the Olive Tree where they specialize in seafood and Orion with it's Greek menu; the best Moussaka we've ever tasted among other things. Whichever dining room you are in, the food is great and don't skip the soup. We found the service to be outstanding. Everyone we encountered from our arrival to our departure was lovely to cross paths with, smiling and helpful at every step of the way - the Front Desk, Guest Relations, the Zen Spa, the dining rooms, the Pool and Beach Bars, wherever we were. We hated to leave and can't wait to go back.

Staff is super attentive and with smiles. Rooms are clean. Buffett is repetitive with almost same food every day . Restaurants other than a buffet will charge you for bottled wine and some drinks. Hotel is not that big which is fine, less tourist, pool is clean not big. Beach is nice with plenty of beach chairs.

Staff were the best, so friendly & extremely helpful. Food was very good & varied. Pool area was spotless. My only gripe was the bedrooms, they were clean but not too a very good standard. They need to be updating. The cleaners didn’t replace toilet paper, soap, teabags etc when they ran out. The telephone on the side of the bed was never cleaned nor polished during our stay. Standard of cleaning was a lot to be desired. But bedsheets & bath towels were changed daily. That’s why my score is a 4, need a word with cleaners on their standards. But saying that, the location of the hotel was lovely, bus service was excellent & cheap. Please don’t be put off by the bedrooms, they just aren’t 5* sorry.

This hotel is so lovely. The staff is so welcoming and nice. The food provided was really good and had a lot of choices for everyone there. The only issue I did have was that the rooms weren’t the best. The cleaners didn’t thoroughly clean the rooms and didn’t always replace toilet paper and new soap. I’m given a 4/5 star as the rooms in my opinion were not 5 star standard. The pool at the hotel was always clean and never overcrowded however, pictures on websites showed the pool to be bigger, but we still enjoyed it nevertheless. Overall, I had a lovely experience at the Bella Beach Hotel. It was such a lovely atmosphere with lovely staff. Would definitely recommend ?
