★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A most enjoyable museum, which includes the artist's studio and private apartment, a selection of his paintings and stage designs, and a fascinating exhibition of 20th century Greek artists, photographers, poets, film-makers, composers, journalists, etc. They all seem to have been Ghika's friends. A real education, with plenty of lovely objects and pictures to enjoy.

Over five floors of what used to be artist Hadjikyriakos-Ghika's home and studio there unfolds a panorama of Greek art and artists in the interwar years. Painting, sculpture, music, theatre, craft are all represented in a fascinating array of exhibits and documentary evidence.
