I rented a Jeep and a Peugeot car from them over a period of eight months. The cars were excellent and the customer care truly outstanding.
Everyone was very prompt, friendly and very helpful and welcoming.
They went out of their way to help me with anything I needed in Crete.

A representative waited for us at the airport, the van was clean and equipped with baby chairs, as we asked. The service we got, during the rental process, while staying at Crete and when we returned the van was perfect, and the price was more than fair.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stella had outstanding customer service. We had to change our reservation last min, due to travel delays. Stella made the changes and were very accommodating. I love that they offer pickup services and allow drop-offs at other locations. Allowing up to 3 drivers and all insurance included was perfect. The pricing was competitive and a great deal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very smooth process with Best Car. The rep was waiting at the airport for us and within 20 minutes we had our car and off we went. On return the process was again very easy and trouble free.
We had a little automatic Citroen C3 for our holiday which was a perfect size for our family of 2 adults plus a baby. They even gave us a car seat.
Overall the car was great on fuel and did what we needed it to do for a good price. My only slight quibble would be the brakes sounded as they needed looking at. I think the pads may have been very low as there was a metal on metal sound at times when braking. But overall very happy and would use again.
