I was mad with the people expecting to get a car four times the value of what your paying when getting the cheapest one .

β β β β β Very good cars and in very good condition too. Also, congratulations to the company; it sterilises their cars before renting them to another customer, something really important for safe vacation.

β β β β β New car, easy pickup but beware of fuel policy! I got a car nearly empty and returned it half full but they refused to compensate the difference. The salesperson made a big scene, called hotel security and behaved very intimidating. Finally I got 10 euro's for an amount of fuel which cost me around 30 euro's. And some insults on top of it. Someone less positive wouldn't give 2 stars ?!

β β β β β Great service, wide range in prices and overall an amazing experience. The vehicles provided are as satisfying and as preserved as they come and the people are always available to help if any trouble occurs. Would recommend in the blink of an eye. 5/5

β β β β β During our holiday in Rethimno we were planning to rent a car. We had reservation couple months ahead. Suddenly due to certain private reasons we had to re-book first and then cancel completely. Kristi from rental company came back with lot of flexibility and understanding... I really appreciate such great behavior. These guys know how to provide "A" customer service... I am very happy to advise them...

β β β β β I'm not completely satisfied. A car with high mileage, very average condition. After a few days it run out of gearbox oil. We rent it for 5 days. However, we were offered insurance for 4 and half days. I recommend taking advantage of the competition. ?

β β β β β The guy was very unfriendly. When receiving the car the tank was empty. The car was ok but altogether not a nice experience. I would recommend the other rental places next door.

β β β β β Worst car rental company ever! Their manager was very impolite / screaming and did not agree to show the car before signing the acceptance protocol. As a result, we did not receive the car even though it was booked in advance.
We used Greenways which is nearby - much better client experience.
