Handover takeover was uncomplicated and quick.
We'll go there again next year, which says it all really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very disapointed. We got car for 3 days for 150 euro. Its not cheap but it was new car with trunk big enough to fit a stroller so we took it (we travel with a baby). Car was broken, battery died on a parking. We had to ask people to help us start the car. Help organised by rental place was on the way but because od that incident we run out od time to see Chania.
At rental place they didn't want reward us for incovinience even with stupid 10 euro discount for gasoline (level was lower than the day we got car).
I wouldn't choose this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was perfect, we got a new Polo and enjoyed our days here in Crete. Easy way to rent, no much paper job to be filled.
My greatest appreciation for Stefania, which was extremely welcoming and kind. She gave us all advises we needed and suggested us the less touristic placed where mostly locals going, which are same wonderful as those most advertised.
Thanks a lot Stefania for all information. You are really great!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff. Good cars. Full insurence - no worry. I have rented a little car - wv up, but unbeliveble space inside for 4 people. Good offer. We enjoyed a lot. Little engine, but enough power to climb anywhere, with little gas. Thank you Minoan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best in Crete! Everything was super smooth and car was brandnew-2020 model, very clean and reasonably priced. We rented from Heraklion Airport and returned it back there. Staff was really nice and helpful. I strongly recommend it.
