★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb ?thank you very much for the courtious,polite,and professional service on July 1 and 4.I would like to admit that I almost didn't make an appointment after reading the negative comments,I took a chance,I was very pleased,In life you get what you give,If you are truly polite with real respect for the people you associate with,it comes right back at you at least at Vioiatriki.Thnx a million and I very nice summer to all of you!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely awful. First time I did a Rapid test, they send me the result but the SMS passcode never arrived. Second time I did the Rapid test, the result didn't arrived but I have the SMS passcode. When i called, 15 minutes to closing time, no one would picked up the phone. Super!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The call center is horrific. They constantly hang up on you without even saying a word. Or if you did manage to get a pick up and ask if they speak English, they keeping putting you a hold, send you to a new person, and then eventually hang up on you. A shame, because the covid staff in person are fantastic, but it’s a nightmare to get an appointment with the people in the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rang them 6 times on 2 different days and nobody answered the phone. When we turned up for a PCR test we had to queue outside for 40 minutes although there were only 5 people in front of us. The staff waiting at the door were rude, arrogant and disrespectful. I heard them talk about my family saying to each other ''Make sure them 4 don't come in all at the same time since they look the type that would try that''!!! When I confronted them about it didn't even get an apology. Only reason i gave them 2 starts instead of 1 is because they did deliver results as promised the following day. All in all a terrible experience. Would not recommend.
